    Do not order food

    The hotel is okay and very clean. The beds are good. What really falls short here is the food service. In the room, there’s a menu indicating that you should scan a QR code to place an order. When you open the link, it takes you to an external restaurant called Papyon. After placing my order, it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive — the food was cold and looked like a kids’ menu portion, it was so small. It only arrived because I called the reception three times, and they kept saying “it’s coming in 10 minutes.”The next day, since it was the only available food option and I couldn’t leave the room, I tried again. I placed the order, but after entering my card details, the restaurant’s system redirected me to a completely unrelated page, and I had no idea if the order had gone through or not. I called reception and they said they had nothing to do with it.The hotel is fine, but the food service is terrible.

    Housekeeping stole our money

    I am very disappointed with this hotel. Little to no costumer service what so ever. We experienced the cleaning lady barging into our room without any knock on the door beforehand while me and my husband were still in bed. Very uncomfortable. The cleaning lady came back a few hours later and to our great disappointment she had stolen around 2.400 TRY from the drawer. The staff in the reception was blaming us for not putting the money in the safebox and did nothing else. Never coming back to this hotel that's for sure. If anyone does make sure to hide all of your things in a safe or take them with you cause the staff here can't be trusted.The area is located kinda far from centrum so if you're looking to stay nearby tourist attraction or centrum you should choose a different location.

    Not an inch of customer service and no humanity...

    I stayed here for 9 nights and the hotel staff does not have an inch of customer service. The last day of my stay the reception staff yelled at me and literally almost hit me. The issue was the bedsheet had a crayon colour drawing, it was a baby washable crayon and I told them clearly it can be washed.but they demanded 50$ - 500$ to pay as they believe it was ruined. They did not listen and kept on yelling and telling that they will inform airport police and I had to pay, as I was travelling with kids and pregnant wife. The location is not ideal and far from all attractions and shopping, breakfast they had the same food everyday for 9 days, and no good restaurants nearby. The staff always look frustrated and grumpy.

    We made reservation at this hotel on 11.Sep by WhatsApp as we know the staff before as guests reservation was for 2 single room for 2 person for 4 night check in 27.SepConfirmation for two single room was shared by hotel staff The hotel management didn't asked about any payment On 26.Sep the hotel sent a message through WhatsApp asking to confirm arrival time on 27.SepWe confirmed for hotel date and reservation needOn 27.Sep afternoon the hotel again asked to confirm reservation and We confirmed out arrival and they reply with OkAt 17:00 PM aw arrived at hotel but there was no available single roomThey offered us 1 suite of two rooms but one shared bathroom for two guests This was not acceptable at all and no respect for privacy And when we shared all suppot conversations and reservation documents they said we are sorry but we sold all rooms Is this logic that a hotel like this to give such excuse!!!!????As Conclusion For sorry we take this suite under unacceptable reason because we were too much tired Mr.Khalil who was aware of hotel mistake as manager but insist that he can't do anything for us even there was many available 2 suites and he was able to give us alternative rooms because it was hotel midtake and other type of rooms were available but he insist to put two of us in one suite, and was very uncomfortable with his answer with no reason for why they do this Very bad situation with no action and no respect to guestsAs guests a d tourists I have my rights and I have a confirmation from hotel and three WhatsApp messages from management confirming that, but because the hotel don't care about his guests so this is the result

    It was wonderfulThe staff was brilliant. I love the breakfast, it was different everyday.The hotel is near to the metro station and shopping center. If i come back again to istanbul i defenitly choose this hotel again.Special thanks to the guys at the the reception desk. they are very helpful.They guide us alot and answer our all questions patiently.Thank you halifaks team
