    Abdullah was very very helpful with everything needed The food at the dinner and breakfast buffet was extremely good and healthier options are also available at the hotel.     Just want to say all was perfect! On our arrival day we been very hungy and we went yo restaurant our server waa very friendly his name was Erturuk.     Disappointing Stay – You Get What You Pay For

    Booked this hotel through the Hilton app as a Gold Member, but at check-in, they asked me to pay directly with my credit card, saying it was “better for them.” That already set the wrong tone.The hotel feels outdated. Even on the 19th floor, the room had a strange smell, and the AC barely worked — it was hard to get a comfortable night’s rest.The restaurant was a disappointment. I paid $15 for a margarita pizza that tasted like a microwaved frozen pizza with thick crust — probably the worst I’ve had at a hotel.Staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming, and to top it off, the surrounding area isn’t very tourist-friendly either — not much to do nearby, and it doesn’t feel very walkable.All in all, you get what you pay for — and that’s not much here. I wouldn’t stay again.
