    would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Mr. Kadir Yayla and Miss Damla Aydin. Both of them were consistently professional, kind, attentive, and always willing to help, making the entire experience truly enjoyable and comfortable.I would also like to especially mention the elderly lady working during breakfast service, who went from table to table every morning asking guests if they were okay or needed anything. I noticed her doing this several days in a row, and I was genuinely impressed by the care, warmth, and sincere interest she showed in everyone’s comfort. Small gestures like these make a real difference and create a welcoming atmosphere.The dedication and hospitality of the staff made my stay much more pleasant, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making guests feel valued and cared for. Thank you for such wonderful service.

    Everything was absolutely amazing. Hotel was clean and service was excellent. Cuneyt (bellman) was awesome and went above and beyond with service. Even helped us with our Turkish.

    We came to wait for a pick up to go to Bursa, we’re staying in another hotel At the entrance, we were greeted by Mr. Kadir Yayla and Mr Baran Ergul who tried to help us out as much as possible. These two gentlemen were very friendly, helpful and respectful
