    Affordable Comfort Near Historical Landmarks

    I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Historial Hotel. The location is excellent—within walking distance to major historical sites, and right across from a beautiful historic church. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming. Considering the price, it offers great value. Some reviews seem overly harsh, but I had a very good experience overall.

    COMPLETE DECEPTION!After confirmation of the booking for a 4-bed room, which cost 192 euros for 2 nights. We three women decided to live in this hotel. Upon arrival, we were accommodated in a tiny 3-bed room with 2 beds. they say That . what you booked. there was a reaction to my arguments. they say your number is busy. We'll move you tomorrow. But next. no one moved us for a day and the difference was not returned. Moreover, at booking, the hotel itself later refused our reservation so that we would not leave a negative review.     It’s one of the worst places I’ve stade in booked fo 12 days stade 4 . Went to a different place the only good thing is the staff. Never Got what left of my money back.Brakefes was 0. The room was very cold. Durty bedding no room cleaning for 4 days. Light cut of on my 4th day Never was offered the money back for the Remaining week Don’t stay there

    I made a reservation and paid. The next day when we went there hotel management pretended as if he cannot see our reservation on the system. Firstly I didnt understand his intention, I showed him my payment details. He was not happy for that, because it was easter and due to high season he could have sold the room for much more expensive. He tried many reasons but not allowing us stay there. Finally I had to make a new last minute reservation for much higher price and a far distance. I lost the whole day and money only this people to make more gain! Location of he hostel is awful, very narrow streets and dangerous region at night.I would never recommend this primitive and more money oriented mentalitty places. Better find a stable and clear places.
