    Staff very kind helpful and always super professional...Location is good just next to the metro and metrobus lane it's very helpful to go anywhere in Istanbul.The room needs super deep cleaning all carpet is extremely dirty curtains need washing too honestly can't walk without slippers.If u sensitive about cleaning don't choose.     I stayed 5 nights and I love hotel. It is clean, welcoming, modern, close to public transportation and a brand you could trust. Staffs are helpful and polite. There is a lot of restaurants, exchange offices, banka and markets.

    It was better than I expected. Lovely staff, a nice breakfast and clean rooms. Staffs are well-know English, they helped me a lot and they was so kind. Breakfast was standart of Holiday Inn Express, there are nice local tastes on buffet. Not just rooms, even common areas are clean.

    Staff was polite and helpfull. The rooms were clean and there is very nice odor inside the room. While I was making check-in, staff gave advices to worth to see places in short-time visit. I impressed with nice behavior of staffs.
