    First time in this hotel. They welcomed me so professionally. Especially at reception Miss Burcu is excellent. Mr Samet customer relations department did his best to make me feel comfortable in the hotel indeed. Also Mr Cinar at reception is very kind . I wanted to thank them at the beginning of my stay. I suggest this hotel to everyone due to cleanliness, experienced staff , nice room and location.     My recent stay at Holiday Inn Istanbul Sisli was truly exceptional. The hotel delivers a high level of comfort combined with genuine hospitality. From arrival to departure, the experience was smooth, organized, and very well managed.I would like to personally thank Samet Cevik from Guest Relations for his remarkable professionalism. He demonstrated strong customer focus, ensuring that my stay was not only comfortable but also memorable. His attention to detail, follow-up, and warm communication reflect excellent service culture within the property.Additionally, I want to recognize ( Yaren ) the receptionist who assisted me during check-in, her welcoming smile and efficient handling of procedures made a great first impression. She was polite, attentive, and very professional.The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. The overall cleanliness and maintenance standards were impressive.     We have been staying at Holiday Inn Istanbul Şişli for the past two days, and although we have traveled extensively and stayed in many high-quality hotels throughout our lives, the service offered by this hotel—especially the breakfast menu—is truly outstanding.The variety and uniqueness of the food are remarkable; without any sense of limitation or cost calculation, the restaurant team has clearly succeeded in placing the very best—straight from their hearts—onto the buffet. For this, I sincerely congratulate the entire restaurant team.Reception team was very professional.The service quality is excellent, the staff are extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely focused on guest satisfaction. Everything is simply wonderful—there are truly no words to describe it.From now on, there is only one hotel where I will choose to stay in Istanbul, and that is Holiday Inn Istanbul Şişli.     Great Service from all staff, we requested a late checkout and an early morning chekin which was approved eith no fuss. Room was so comfortable best sleep I have had in a long time. They even have a pillow menu.We was also offer a complimentary breakfast.Its a great location for reastruants and a mall is walikng distance. Will deffo stay here algain.
