    Hi Everybody ** It's me again *The Residence Home Stay Home is located in Istanbul center, nice location, very convenient, I had a Apartment on Fourth floor for 2 nights in 10-12Oct 2019 , the apartment were nice, comfortable ,clean ,The bathroom was nice, washing Machine , Small Kitchen but nice , There are a Sofa ,TV with Satellite. The staff was friendly and very helpful ,free WI-FI ,close to Metro station you can reach also the old city and the new city by public transport , there are a lot of Shops ,Restaurants , Coffee , good value, I recommend… Salah

    This hotel apartment is unrated class as a matter of fact but the services it offers by the friendly staff give it a high recommended by the travelers and so do I. It's safe and near everthing you want for shopping or groceries and dining. An Istanbul Cevahir shopping Mall by 20 minutes walking distance and the hotel on a street full of restaurants and shops. Underneath the hotel a famous bakery serves a delicious breakfast. Enjoy and save. The receptionist 👍

    Should be not related ever 0-It’s true the location is so good , but 1- The room was so small and tight that’s make you feel bad if you stay you should stay out all the time just on the sleeping time 2- The 8th floor you can touch the bed room ceiling. 3- There is many crack on the wall which make you feel bad 4- The lighting was so poor you want to weak up but you cant 5- The bed room TV its 15” TV .6- The toilet was so tight and not clean 7- Tea and coffee provided on the first day only 8- They put on the door 2015 booking winner but I don’t think it’s true 9- And the most thing the elevator is in very noisy look like it will fill down 10 - only one elevator on the hotel 11- the wifi service is so slow and some time its not connected 12- 8th floor emergency exit door is broken and closed with a bed and some tree i don't know how the people will escape in emergency .13- they said at all the site there is washing machine on the room but there is no washing machine and no iron you must ask them to provided it for you there is so many thing but its OK for me to stop here

    The rooms were big and modern and location was very good but with this price there r more luxurious hotels. The people working there were sarcastic in annoying way, me and my fiance both felt uncomfortable. Also the receptionist told us some items were free and at the end we were charged.. this was a disaster u will never see in a 4 star hotel!

    Very small hotel!!! The reception is very small and there is only one chair to set on ! The beds were not clean 100%. The bathroom was good and clean The AC was so good and cold No washing machine In the apartment there was 3 rooms, two big rooms and one very very small room with uncomfortable beds !!! However my rate for the hotel is 1 out of 5
