    When we arrived, we asked for a slightly bigger room - they immediately sorted us out with a bigger room. The cleaning staff are really the nicest people about - every evening they would knock on our door and give us homemade biscuits amd they always made sure we weee stocked with the basic s - water, tea bags , coffee, toilet paper and clean towels. The staff around the hotel were all lovely. English isn’t the common language here, so maybe have your Google translator on the ready (Turkish and Indonesian)Lots of local shops and big shopping malls nearby ( though I would advise it’s much cheaper to buy from the local shops than the malls - has it’s over double the price difference); there are buses nearby; the metro station is a 20-30 min walk. Taxis will take you into the main centre of Istanbul ( 30 min drive); but the taxis there are very reluctant to bring you back - and they charge up to triple the rate of going into the centre. If you can Nazia gate the metro and train station - then that’s the best way amd cheapest.

    Stayed here for 6 nights Staff were very friendly, spa staff perhaps a little too friendly! We opted for a penthouse room, which was spacious and nice with a balcony, bed was comfy, room had everything you needed but was more of a 3 star standard but still acceptable.There is a spa on site - if it ever works. And by spa it’s the basement with a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and Turkish bath. The sauna and steam room worked irregularly throughout the 6 days. Jacuzzi always had a problem.On the last day we finally managed to have a Turkish Bath treatment at 30 euros per person. The treatment was supposed to last 30 minutes lasted around 20 minutes maximum. What’s more it transpired that the therapist girls also offered additional services should you require them! Sadly been gay this wasn’t for me, however was still a shock to be offered something like that when one only wanted a body scrub! Wouldn’t stay again, ok hotel, quite far from anything , acceptable , don’t let your husband go to the spa alone! In order to prove you this fact, we would like to invite you, especially with your husband again to our facility , to present you the licenses and every other governmental documents regarding the Hotel and the SPA.We would also like to apologize if you should have experienced any technical issues within the facilities.     Hotel located in business district with easy walking access to shops, bars and restaurants. Located in a great spot. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms nicely furnished and very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

    The location of hotel is best near to bus stations and two of the big malls We are from iran and 2 person of reception was persian and thats why we felt so comfortable there, one of them name is NAHAL , spa was great but breakfast could be better

    Me, my sisters and my mother spent 2 nights at this hotel, although we didn't know any where and any thing but with help and kindness of two hotel's staffs named Aref&Nahal we had the best time.thank you both and hope you the bestZohreh Mahmoodi
