    Disappointing stay at Arabian Courtyard and Spa

    "I was very disappointed with my stay at the Arabian Courtyard. The biggest issue is the cleanliness—the carpets were filthy and the entire property feels like it’s in desperate need of a total revamp. Between the lack of hygiene and the dated decor, the rooms felt very claustrophobic and uncomfortable. While the breakfast was okay and provided a decent start to the day, it wasn't enough to make up for the poor state of the facilities. I wouldn't recommend staying here until they address these maintenance and cleaning concerns."

    Excellent stay,thanks to abdul from reception for quick check out and Myanmar lady from room service very good, rooms are very nice service very good, value for money

    Stayed at this Hotel 12yrs ago, it was excellent!!! Went back a few days ago & it was disgusting!!!We flew from Sydney to Dubai which is roughly a 24hr flight with already having 4hrs at Sydney Airport before leaving. We arrived at the Hotel around 6am & was told the Hotel was fully booked & there were no rooms until check in but maybe at 8am they might gave something but we would have to pay another night. We were told we could sit in the Foyer with our luggage & sat there until 12.15pm when I went & asked about a room as no one had said anything to us…. but also no one checked out!!!! Once we got to our room it smelled very musty but we had no choice! We had showers then went to sit by the Pool ( as we had been advised not to go very far) We got talking to a lovely young couple who worked there & when we told them our story they said no, the Hotel hasn’t been busy for weeks but even more so since Sunday 28th Feb because of what had happened!!!! We were most disgusted to hear this & of the way we had been treated!!! The couple also told us that the week before as the Hotel was so empty that they were leaving all the room doors open to air the rooms. Tha Staff are not very friendly or helpful, very different to our previous time there. I can honestly say that we would never stay there again & if you’re thinking of it please….. think again!!!!
