    Absolutely ridiculous! The rooms are dated. We requested them to keep our large luggage downstairs and they said NO- so we brought up 5 floors to our room. And of course on the check out day elevator did not work. So we had to lug down 6 large 50lb bags for 5 floors! Absolute joke!!! Pathological liars- kept saying it will be fixed in 5 minutes and we wasted 30 minutes waiting for them!

    Amazing location and view.But needs urgent maintenance :The lift most of time out of service and so slow and small.The bathroom needs renovation many mold.The door cards work like 1 time only .Amenities are so basic and very bad in the bathroom.The breakfast is so tastless and not fresh.It they renovated it , it would compete all big names. Only if they care to do so.

    It is one of the worst hotel in the world. Breakfast is just some cheeses, There is no shampoo or soap 🧼 for washing your body. After you get the room they do not wash the towels or change the sheets. They do not give you extra soap for washing your hand. Elevator does not work. It is really hard with stroller. We talked to the front desk. Nothing changed. The hotel location is good. The manager does not care.

    “Extremely Disappointing Experience at Grand Star Hotel - Below Expectations in Every Way”

    “Very disappointing stay at Grand Star Hotel. The room lacked basic amenities, the fridge was empty, and water/tea service was only provided once. Breakfast had dirty dishes, and one Iranian staff member at reception was rude and unprofessional. Not recommended, especially for Iranian guests.”
