Location

This hotel is 10-20 minutes' walk from some of Istanbul's top attractions, including the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. Facility

The hotel has a suite, 4 single rooms and 50 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities.     I stayed at this hotel for the weekend of the champions league final with my friends/family. The hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always offering to help us get around the city and showing us how to use the metro. All the staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were modern and very clean. The outdoor pool is lovely and the WIFI works well. Thank you for a lovely stay.

    I don’t recommendReceptionist threatened me. When i asked his name he said abdulkerim( he is short and bold guy) He is still working there. If anyone wants to stay there be careful. Location is very bad Personel are really rude. They used bad language.

    Rooms are small but very clean. Great location near restaurants and fast foods that are open late at night. We have 2 teenagers and they love the Kentucky Fried Chicken and McDonald across the street. It's in the Laleli district which is the poorer side of town but it seems safe because lots of people, cars and taxis in the area at all hours. It's a 30 minute walk to the Blue Mosque. We booked our hotel only 2 weeks before the trip and we were glad to find this place: clean, comfortable and convenient if you tend to stay out and eat late at night.

    Great hotel. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. facilities were great and so was the location for accessing the Metrolink and getting around Istanbul. Literally 10 mins on the tram to most of the sights. (approx 70p a ride)We requested a room away from the front of the hotel as we had read reviews that it was noisy staying in the rooms at the front. This is due to a very loud bar below. We couldn't hear anything and slept very well (room 507)Wifi was really good too and the rooftop pool was perfect. Very clean hotel and plenty of choice for breakfast. The gym was very poor. a treadmill which hardly worked, very creeky and 2 bikes that didnt seem to be working at all. So didnt use it. To be fair, we walked around Istanbul that much, that we managed to get some exercise in that way.Not much to do in this area but shop and only a couple of bars. But as mentioned above, great location for getting to all the other areas, felt very central. Would Definitely stay again

    Hotel location is perfect 2 min to tram station and bus station...6 min to metro station...staff is very friendly and helpful..breakfast is good...room is small but clean & comfy..there is exchange office..supermarket..next to the hotel..also macdonalds and shawrma restaurant near
