Facility

67 non-smoking rooms are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Thank you Lamartine Hotel for an enjoyable experience in Istanbul. Your staff is wonderful, always ready to help. I especially want to give a shout out to the beautiful Nazli who patiently accommodated 12 Americans at dinner the other night. She and her assistant waited on us with a smile and patience. Another shout out to the kitchen staff who cooked and prepared the delicious salad, lentil soup, best chicken in eleven days and wonderful tasty dessert. You represented Turkey well. Thank you.     We stayed there for a few nights and we were really surprised by the updates it has gone through. The staff are so polite and hospitable .Rooms are really comfortable and clean with a modern design . Breakfast was very nice and had a good variety of options .     I stayed at Lamartine 1 week ago and i was so satisfied. Reception was so kindly and helpful, bellboys too.It's a great place which is so close to Taksim Square, Istiklal street and too many touristic places! If you are looking for a hotel in Istanbul i think you have to give a chance to this hotel.
