    We had a wonderful stay at Momento Hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The cleanliness was excellent, with daily room service that kept everything spotless and comfortable. The hotel is also in a great location, which made getting around very easy. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety, and the staff were always attentive and friendly.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

    My stay at Hotel Momento Golden Horn was a great experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to major attractions and very convenient for getting around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view of the Golden Horn, which really added to the stay. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to assist, with special thanks to Mr. Sedat at the front desk for his kindness and support. Breakfast served with a view was a lovely bonus. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

    The hotel is fantastic and in a really excellent location, right next to the funicular tram to the Taksim area, next to a tram station for a short ride to the Faith district, and short walks to Galata and Karakoy. Also right by the ferries. Couldn't be better located in my opinion. Our room was on the top floor and we have a fantastic view of the Golden Horn and could see sunrises and sunsets from our balcony. Best of all, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, but special mention to Harun on the front desk and Ahmet who was always available to help with anything to make our stay perfect. Thanks!!!

    A welcome night in a beautiful hotel

    We only had one night at this hotel but we were very pleased with the clean, beautifully appointed room. The bed was very comfortable and the view took in the Blue Mosque, Bosphorus River and bridge. The breakfast was delicious with a fine array of foods. The restaurant gave a great view to the places I have just mentioned. Service was exceptional - we were helped immensely by staff members when we had a major problem on our hands which need not have concerned management. Staff generally was very keen to assist.

    Saturday 9th- Wednesday 13th AugustI really loved this hotel. The staff, rooms and location are all excellent. Special mention should be made regarding Sila who served us breakfast every day. Firstly, she was excellent at her job,but secondly, she was so cheerful and pleasant. I hope that the hotel appreciates what an asset she is to them.
