The location is very good and near to taksim and istiklal. The room was very clean . The restaurant staff were unpolit and ignored the guests . The breakfast was below standard for the price . The area of the hotel is not very pleasant although it's near to everything.

Incorrect and unprofessional

Really frustrating experience. I had to anticipate check out by a few days due to an emergency at work which forced me to return immediately from Turkey. I also asked immediately the hotel also for a partial refund of the remaining days and I was first told that having paid by card there were no conditions and then that the accounting manager refused without giving any explanation. Reimbursement is a guest's right in this cases especially and the facility must always make itself available and find a solution not to take advantage of people. A demonstration of little seriousness and professionalism. Too bad because the room and facility were clean. Do not call taxis from the hotel because the location is very uncomfortable even if it is in the center and it will take hours to get there and go. I will never go back.

The hotel location couldn't have been better for my solo trip. If you are travelling solo , on a low budget & planning to explore the city walking this is the hotel I would recommend. I walked to Galata , Ekrem I seddar, Bosphorus Bridge , Nishantashi and Galata port. Adjacent lanes have great cafes , my favourite being Zade. It is 5 minutes away from the Istaklal Street. The reception people are extremely helpful & friendly. Full marks for cleanliness. However, the hotel has no spa or gym and the rooms are small. Not a place for kids or those wanting to spend time in the hotel.

Great Location near Taksim Square

The hotel is conveniently located a few blocks from Taksim Square and metro. Airport bus to hotel is about 15 minute walk.Room was clean and updated. Front desk service is excellent. Hats off to Emre Mestan for the excellent directions and advise on what to see and eat while in Istanbul. Had a great experience staying at this hotel.

A very close to Istiklal street and Taksim square, this cozy hotel with a budget friendly prices and nice rooms lies, it is close to every facility that a tourist will need, the rooms are good, but I personally did not like the breakfast, maybe I do not prefer turkish breakfast in general especially cheese, but it was not bad after all, it is has very clean and warm rooms
