    Well... location is good. That's all. Service...no (with the exception of one guy who helped me with carrying my luggage...thank you!). But I moved out earlier cause I had to. I tried to contact the hotel. Nobody replied to me. I wanted to get my money back for 5 unused days. Nothing. Guys, if you wanna keep your business, do something for keeping it! So far, I can say....don't go there.

    I stayed for one night. The guy at the reveption it was very friendly and he done his best to helps us find a parking space. Hotel was very clean and preety quiet counting that we were in Istanbul. Next morning they gave us free coffee and when we left water to have with us on the way home. Thank you and we will see you again!

    The ort is good, it is near to the markets and some historical places.On the website of the Hotel, it was written some lies such as (Rooms with Garden view) or ( Charming old 19th century Ottoman House). There is no garden at all there. There is only a view of a narrow street with high gray poor buildings, some stores, and poor restaurants. The Hotel and the street have nothing to do with the Ottoman history as they claim, It is just lies. The hotel staff are unprofessional and gives an uncomfortable impression. If you booked a room online already, that does not mean you will not pay again. The hotel staff could change your Booking without any respect to your already payments or choices. So you may be sent to another room and requested to pay the difference. When we checked in, the staff asked us to change the room which we booked. We got the impression that the room which we booked already might not exist at all or it is booked from other guests. It is like they get people to pay the cheap option just so they can get more money from them after. The toilet was already almost blocked when we checked in. Shortly after that, it was completely blocked. So we had to ask the unmotivated staff several times to come and open it. The rooms are very small and full of furniture. The stairs are steep and unsafe. There is no elevator. So it is not suitable for families with children at all. There is no laundry service at this hotel. So if you are planning to stay several days, you should find a solution for the laundry outside the hotel.The cleaning of the rooms was not always daily, sometimes they clean every two or three days.Conclusion: We will never visit this hotel again.

    Awesome time have spend in Turkey , very nice people very cooperative specially the front desk guy Khurshid and Behzad are very helpful.Only bad part in hotel is that there is no lift for old peoples.

    It’s a small and very quiet place. Staff are warm and friendly also always ready to help you for any reason you needed. Fantastic and familiar people. Strongly recommended! I will definitely choose the New Fatih Hotel again.
