    Super friendly staff and great location! The location is really amazing, close to main attractions and Sultanahmet square, Gand Bazar, and also main thing is good transport connection to any place.Special thanks to Mohammad Samouh (Jordan!) who was super helpful from the beginning with languages transferring us from another hotel, and explained carefully everything. He also arranged our comfortable transfer to the airport at the end.The room was clean and quiet, they even gave us triple room for two people. Thanks a lot , definitely will come back.

    It is a backpacker Hotel If you can avoid this place do so Stayed in Hotel New, the hotel cannot be a 4 stars as advertised. It's also not 2-3 stars but the backpacker hotel it is very hard to reach the hotel for the first time as you have to walk to reach it. No car or taxi can reach in front of the hotel No safe box in room & at the front desk the hotel is too small, by saying small I mean if three normal size men standing in the lobby, no one else can enter the hotel, I am not joking, there are three tables with 12 seats inside the hotel for dinning and one table with two seats for the manager, and that mean if there are more than three rooms need to have a breakfast at the same time, Breakfast is terrible lady peppering the breakfast look anger all the time If you say good morning se don’t reply, work in the kitchen till 10:30 after that she is the one who clean the hotel rooms Lighting in stairs was not good. Narrow stairs felt unsafe if the motion sensor lights did not go onBathroom is very dirty water leaking everywhere, torn towel Lack of maintenance and cluelessnessRoom AC was making lot of noises. I was told technician was going to repair it next day. It wasn’t repaired and the reason was the technician didn’t show up we really struggle to sleep at nights during our stay Credit card machine was not working. I had to pay in cash as I see lot of review from difference hotel guest with same complaint it is not the value of money for less money

    The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good and located near to istanbul hotspots like blue mosque, besillica, hajia sofia, grand bazar etc.The tram station is seconds away from the hotel making it accesible to all places of interest. The property has lift and have a view of the sea from the top floors as well as the terrace. The markets and restaurants like macdonalds etc are seconds away. Overrall an excellent stay as they accomodated early check in, which is the best part. Surely recommended.

    Amazing staff,very helpfull as my driver did not know the way so the receptionist came to pick us up.The hotel room was clean and very comfortable. They helped us book a shuttle for the airport.Breakfast was good.location is excellent close to all the attraction and shopping center.

    This was a moderate, clean and welcoming hotel, the staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome and were very accommodating in our needs. Breakfast was good. The situation of the hotel was 5mins walk to Hagia Sofia, Topkapi and Blue Mosque and 20mins walk to the Spice Bar , approx. 8 mins to the Grand Bazaars. I will definitely stay there again.
