    Budget hotel with good location

    Quite nice for budget hotel, clean room and good strategic location. Acces to hotel little bit difficult from parking or apartment still confusing especially in door access. Good service by staff. Long corridor and need more lighting to reduce the darkness

    Room was spacious and clean,Room was spacious and clean, located in the center of Malang so it was easy to go anywhere. I checked out at the same day i checked in and check out early at dawn but the staff was helpful and made things easier. One thing to improve was their basement and lift. near

    Clean and Fresh hotel. Even, we never dare to swim becouse of the cold weather, we enjoy in everytime we come this hotel. Just try to rethink to rent apartement room where in the aam building. the apartement are not clean and many fungus under the bed and pantry area.

    Booked this hotel to stay with my family for a quick holiday. Location is quite good, located on the central of the city, near a campus so a lot of cafe or restaurant around the hotel. Staffs are pretty nice and friendly, we can check-in earlier. Room is quite spacious, with pantry and two sofabeds. The downside are the elevator, there were only two and it was small, I even waited for 20 minutes; more if crowded. Food for breakfast was cold, and they changed the menu alternately.

    This hotel is really NOT RECOMMENDED!The staff doen’t have manner at all. Check out at 12.00 and we asked another 1 hour late checked out, The front office staff asked for additional IDR 100,000. Just saying this is the company rules. No flexibility at all.This is not 3* hotel! Even we stayed in losmen they have a flexibility check out time.Never comming back to this hotel and never recomemd to Anyone.
