  This hotel is near very thing you would want to see with in walking distance and the staff will help arrange tours, the breakfast is nice and wakes you up for your day trip. The rooms were find, However if you want first class, this is not the hotel for you. I just wanted a clean bed and good mattress, after all I did not plan to be in the room all day. The staff really took good care of me especially went the ATM Machine ate up my card. The staff went out of their way to help me, all the bank were closed due to holiday. Very supportive and caring, so I was still able to have a nice time because of the staff. I went to this trip alone but never felt alone the staff and I became friends. I would go back to this hotel again.

  Well quite a place. Well located with little else. Make sure you get the best possible room in the hotel.Had to complain as taps were faulty rooms were just about ok. Had little choice as we had paid for rooms in advace

  Well, did not get the promised beds. Had back pain for 2 days. Then owner was informed about it by tour provider, he gave an extra room for no cost. The staff does not understand english (most of them).But the location is perfect! everything is near by in walking distance.

  We booked this hotel as the price was reasonable.On our arrival we were greeted by Hotel manager Haluk whose service during our stay was excellent. We were shown to our room which was basic but very comfortable.As in some comments the TV, Telephone and AC didnt work, we didnt mind this as we were here to visit the Sultanahmet area not stay in our room and the view we had was very inviting.Our first night was very peaceful and the breakfast the following morning was a nice continental style and Haluk and his assistant were at hand for anything we wanted.The second night was not so comfortable due to a noise issue.I would return to this hotel again if I visted Istanbul

  I stayed 1 x night at the hotel and was given room # 503. I admit it was a special deal (cheap). However, I din't expect a hotel room in such poor condition. It desperately needs to be renovated! Also, the bed linen seemed to be washed but had sweat stains where people lie on or put their heads down. The towels seemed to be washed but had stains, too. If the other rooms are in a similar condition, then the hotel doesn't deserve three stars. I have ticked 'poor service' only because the man at the counter spoke no English and we had trouble communicating. Emails I received from the hotel were written in perfect English, hence my disappointment with the face to face experience.What's positive about the Pamphylia is the location - it sure is close to the sights.
