    Hotel was clean and very central for walking. Room we were in had a window into a little light well which had no views and very limited ventilation which we felt even with air conditioning was very stuffy Room was advertised as deluxe double. Was advertised as having a rooftop pool which it had… but no water in!!Rooftop restaurant was only really available for breakfast All staff were very friendly and helpful

    Terrible service.Ridiculous attitude.Poor cleanliness – rooms are cleaned only if you specifically request housekeeping. If you don’t know to ask, your room simply doesn’t get cleaned.Tea and coffee are not provided, and dirty cups are left in the room.The food is awful – the same meals are served for six consecutive days, to the point that both we and the children got completely fed up.Some of the staff show no empathy at all and even treat tourists in a rude and disrespectful manner.Only one key card is given per family, so if the wife is asleep and the husband is outside the room, he cannot enter.I do not recommend this place at all.

    It has been a great experience. The staff have been very helpful and cordial. Response time was up to the level, cleanliness and assisstance was to the point. Hope to see these guys soon.

    Очень недовольна сервисом, так как менеджер Али непрофессионально относится к работе, грубит и игнорирует гостей. Вообще не соблюдает базовых правил сервисаAs a person who usually travels, I have never seen such a rude manager who did not show respect to guests. Impression about the hotel was messed up by this manager

    Никогда больше не не хочу говорить с менеджером(Ali) данного отеля за счет отсутсвия базовых понятий этикета и некомпитентности по отношению к клиентам.Нет ни извинений,ни каких либо сожалений за свое неподобающее отношение к качеству сервиса.Быть менеджером-значит следить за порядком,а не быть его источником.I have never meet such an impolite person working as a manager of Receptionist department.His name is Ali and he knows nothing about keeping the quality of service high.Instead,he is a source of problems within the hotel and the one who is responsible for dissatisfaction of clientele.Unless u change your manager,I will never cross the line of the hotel's entrance.
