  I’ve just returned from this hotel, and while there were some positives, there were also a few notable downsides.Starting with the good points: the location is excellent, with plenty of shops nearby. The hotel is very clean and offers both indoor and outdoor pools. Meals are served three times a day in the main restaurant, and there’s an additional spot offering fast food between 12–4pm. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the housekeeping staff do an excellent job.Now for the negatives.The hotel does not provide free WiFi in the rooms—you have to pay extra for an internet package. In this day and age, that was a major disappointment.The food, served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, is quite repetitive. After a week, it became very tiresome eating the same dishes, with little variety in the main courses. On top of that, the food is often cold. The same issue applies to breakfast—there are no burners to keep dishes warm, so everything is served cold.There are no kettles in the rooms, and the minibar is only stocked upon arrival. After that, you’re charged for any additional items, with only water provided for free.Entertainment was also lacking. During my seven-day stay, there wasn’t a single evening show. I expected at least something over the weekend, but there was nothing. The only activities offered were darts in the morning and a short 30-minute kids’ mini disco at night.The outdoor pool is not heated and was very cold, making it unsuitable for young children. The indoor pool, however, is heated and suitable for both kids and adults, with a shallow area for toddlers and a deeper section for swimmers.I visit Turkey every year and have stayed in far better all-inclusive resorts. Unfortunately, this one was a real disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend it for families, as children are likely to get bored with the limited activities available.

  Me and my wife were staying in Karmir resort September last year. Overall we had a great time, stuff very attentive and friendly, food considering the price of the resort very good, always fresh and a lot of choices for meat lovers. Special thanks to Vasily from reception. We had a little issue with our booking and his skills and professionalism were way above excellent.

  We had 10 beautiful days in Karmir..it was amazing..Personal was so frendly and smiley.. I enjoy aqua gym everyday ..shows was funny specially entertainment team
