  Terrible hotel, pick somewhere else.

  We were placed at this hotel as part of a package holiday. It was much worse than hotels the company had placed us in previously. I would not recommend booking this hotel if you have a choice.Pros -- Air conditioning in the room. This was actually very helpful, given that we visited in the summer.- Close (by taxi) to lots of major Istanbul tourist attractions and shops.- Cleaning staff friendly and accomodating.Cons- Tiny room and bathroom, bathroom fittings in some disrepair.- Rooms were not fully cleaned during our stay, and our toilet paper was never replaced (we stayed for a week!).- Terrible breakfast. Get breakfast elsewhere. Istanbul is full of lovely Turkish breakfasts. I recommend Limon Kahvalti Evi.- Reception staff completely uninterested in their guests, did not even thank us for staying when we checked out.- Very hard to get a taxi directly to the hotel, as it is in a little warren of crowded streets. However, there is a convenient stopping-point nearby on a major road where you can get picked up. We relied on booking yellow taxis through Uber for our visit, and this worked reasonably well.- Area is apparently unsafe, although we were fine. One of our taxi drivers asked us why we were staying there, as 'there is nothing during the day, and very dangerous at night'. We asked the staff at a local pharmacy if there was anywhere good to eat nearby, and they said no. They were correct. We ate many incredible meals in Istanbul, none within a mile of the hotel.- Unreliable wifi one night.

  The worst place tu stay in Istanbul, to avoid.The furniture is old, The rooms are dirty, there are flies in the room, bad smell also, dirty bed sheets...The personnel is not friendly, they do not speak english.There is no good things to say about this hotel, also the pictures on the internet are not true.

  Great expectations by Istanbul, but unfortunely we made a wrong choice about hotel..and foud a dirty, horible one..!Avoid this place.The rooms are very dirty, personnel very arogant, the area looks unsafety, impossible to stay 10 minute inside.We left the hotel immediatly.Stay safety and healty and avoid this hotel.

  You cannot call this establishment a hotel, it is rather a very very dirty dormitory. Humidity reigns throughout the establishment: the rooms and the basement where breakfast is served. All the staff are incompetent and aggressive. The breakfast is very poor. The rooms are very narrow.

  Can a receptionist tell us “you can leave if you didnt like the hotel, you pay less money and expect more quality.” Just because he gave us a discount of 10tl (2$)? Other workers are really polite and good, even the night times receptionist is good; but the man in the reception for days is really impolite.
