Located at the heart of the historical old city, this city hotel is only a short walk from the main historical attractions, such as Haghia Sophia, The Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Galata Tower, the Grand Bazaar and the Spice Bazaar. Guests will find restaurants, shops and both the bus and train stations just a few minutes' walk from the design hotel, while Taksim, with its bars and nightlife, is approximately 15 min away using public transport.

Facility

23 non-smoking rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.     Hotelino İstanbul – Honest Review 😺🐈

    Hotelino is a solid pick if your plan is to explore the city all day and come back just to sleep and recharge. For the price, the 3-person room was absolutely worth it. Breakfast was surprisingly good too.The hotel life sometimes takes a bit of time apart form that everything is cooolThe area around the hotel stays lively until about 2 AM, and even in the off-season the service was on point. Housekeeping kept the rooms clean every day while we were out sightseeing.Location-wise, it’s great — really close to Hagia Sophia, and there’s a tram line right behind the hotel, so getting around Istanbul is super easy. Plenty of other good hotels and shops around as well (just know your bargaining tricks).And honestly… the main attraction? The cat. I’m not even a cat person, I actually hate cats — but this guy gave me the sweetest goodbye. 🥹Overall, good stay, good value, perfect for travellers.

    Disappointing Experience – Not as DescribedWe booked this hotel based on the positive reviews on Google and Booking.com. We travel frequently to Istanbul and usually stay in the Eminönü area, but unfortunately, this was our worst hotel experience so far.The photos and reviews online appear misleading — possibly AI-generated or from a previous management — because the current service quality is extremely poor. The staff were not professional or welcoming.The breakfast experience was particularly disappointing. The lady serving food wore a dirty uniform, and the items offered were very basic with no attention to quality. Plates, spoons, and serving areas were not properly cleaned. The staff seemed in a rush to finish breakfast and showed no hospitality.Every morning, the entire hotel smelled strongly of cooking oil, which was very unpleasant. Housekeeping standards were also below expectations — our towels were not clean, and the shower problem took two days to be fixed.Overall, this stay was very disappointing. The hotel does not meet basic standards of professionalism or cleanliness. We do not recommend this property and suggest management take serious steps to improve service quality. And we have many certificates from the Turkish Standards Institute and the Hygiene Institution.Also I’d like to inform you that we do not have a serving lady , we have a lady cooking at the kichen and a men who is serving at restaurant.You have just told us only about the hair on the towel. As I told you, we have gave a warning to the washing servis and we consirned it with my housekeeping collequge.You have stayed almost 1 week with us, during that long stay we wish to knew your thoughts, that way we could have got your suggestions about anyting and took actions.We'd like to remind you that reviews on websites like booking.com, expedia, and agoda cannot be written without first having stayed.     Recently we stayed at Hotellino,Istanbul for a week. A medium size hotel in the Sirkeci area,the rooms though quite small are very clean and cozy.The cleaning lady did a wonderful job.The hotel staff were very polite and immensely helpful especially Mr Tumer.They have a cute resident cat Sophia.Breakfast was good and plentiful.The best part of this hotel is its location- central enough for walking to the monuments and markets,tram stations and Eminonu ferry terminal.We absolutely loved our stay there.Thank you Hotellino

    The hotel is just like a normal place. Reception is open 24/7 which is nice. Breakfast has good variety with a cafe. Hotel room is also nice but it’s in front of a very busy street! It’s loud till like 2-3 am which is frustrating. Also our room window faced a restaurant which made it even more loud and less private.The restaurant right across the street has good food and great service! The manager also gave us a discount at the restaurant for staying at the hotel.
