Location

This hotel is located in Maçka, one of the most popular and exclusive districts of Istanbul. Guests will find restaurants, bars and clubs within 10 min of the hotel, and there is a link to the public transport network located just 5 min from the hotel in Beşiktaş, where there are also some shops. 20 min away by public transport guests will find Sirkeci train station. Facility

6 apartments and 18 studios are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     As the description this place is excellent value for money. It’s right in the heart of the city 15mins walk from Nisansti (fancy area), 5 mins from the sea not far from other great attractions, bars restaurants.Hotel is super clean, it is dated but it’s clean practical to allow home cooking , quiet and air con is perfect.Staff are friendly and helpful. It is underrated and highly re recommended. We booked 2 rooms for our families and had a great experience.

    This was a great place to stay in Istanbul. It is a five minute walk to the restaurants and nightlife in Beşiktaş, very close to Dolmabahçe Palace and Yildiz Park and a metro station to connect to other parts of they city. Staff is super helpful, scheduled our pick up and drop off at the airport and gave us information on tours and the local area. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was one of the best showers I’ve ever used. Also the air conditioning was central and very convenient since it was 35 degrees each day when we were there. Great stay.

    I've stayed here many many times and when in Istanbul I always come here. The staff are like family, its impeccably clean, the location is perfect, the room is big, it even has a walk in closet! Its walking distance from beşiktas and nisantasi. Very classy neighborhood too.Sedat at reception speaks good english and is always ready to help !Absolutley perfect!

    Housez is a very nice place to stay in Istanbul.Very good location, nice neighborhood.Quiet, clean, cozy and friendly.Professional and kind staff.We totally recommend, and for sure it will be our choice for next time. PS: 5 minutes walk, boat to Asia side. And a very good cafe to have breakfast or brunch 1 minute walk, called Minoa

    We stayed two nights for a weekend. The room was large, clean and comfortable, with a reasonable price. The location was also nice, being close to many entertainment and business areas. The staff was friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
