    we stay at this hotel for 2 nights, we can deep sleep, cause in 3 days 2 nights, we have full program for city tour and visit bursa and uludag mountain,istanbul is a nice city for culinary, many variety meal and drinks, not only kebab or doner 😊,about this hotel, have a facility as a pool, gym, auto park, but we are not use the facility, cause our program full outside the hotel,the breakfast so amazing, many cheese, many fruit and salad, and many more

    During various stays at this hotel spanning several weeks, I found it to be a pleasant and comfortable place, albeit with somewhat overwhelming décor. The service is generally good, and the staff treat guests exceptionally well. However, communication could be challenging as only a few team members are proficient in English. Despite this limitation, they make sincere efforts to assist you. This hotel is more suitable for those needing proximity to work rather than tourists. The kitchen offers decent food, although there's a tendency to overcook dishes. The gym, pool, and sauna facilities are fantastic, equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. Unfortunately, during my visits, there was a persisting issue with the water boiler, leading to intermittent hot water supply problems that remained unresolved.

    honestly it was bad choice for many many reasons including:very poor breakfastaircondition is not working properly and its the main problemone of the staff is ethiclesslocation is very far and you will have to take many taxi rides

    I do not reccomend it , location is far, service is very bad,breakfast is very poor& thr aircondition problem is for ever lasting issue they tried to fix it but no result, in 6 pm there will be no available near restaurant or mall for shoping , also they refuse that the guest bring foods to hotel and their food is misrableBad in everything

    I and my family and my friends were 4nights in this hotel.break fast was good but not fantastic.rooms were small and clean .location wasnot good particularly in holidays.staff were good .pool was cold and one of personnel was rude and impolite.come in to this hotel for seeing of istanbul needs much money for taxi😢
