    Great location, great hospitality. excellent breakfast and really helpful frontline employees. I arrived at night and they could easily help me with check-in. I had a problem in my room at midnight, they came and help me very fast. I highly recommend it for business travel

    My Bade hotel is a good average hotel in Abide-Hurriet street nearside of Buyukderre street i Sisli district Istanbul. It places in a district that you find everything there: Migros and Carrefour supermarkets, Watsons, Gratis, Rossman, restaurants and coffeshops and tea houses, Hospital, drugstores and ...It is very close to Cevahir AVM mall and near to Osmanbey district and Taksim. You can go to Taksim by metro station infront of Cevahir AVM mall and from there to any part of Istanbul. Hotel is clean. The breakfast menu especially warm foods are not enough and limited. Restaurant services for breakfast is not good especially in rush houres. You can not find plates, forks and spons in that time. Tables are not regullarly and in speed way been clean and there is no service like facial tissues or salt and peper on the table. Breakfast saloon’s lights are not enough.Personels behavior are nice. Reception has not any extera room cards so they give you one card that if you travel with friends or familly you have just one card and when one person descides to leave room and other descides to stay beacause of you must put the card in card place to have power and light and refregirator and TV and air condition on, other person must knock door and have not card to enter the room.Refregirator was not work well and our foods got waisted. Light in room was good. Room was clean and had safe box worked well. TV system is not Digital and worse video quality. Housekeeping is good but not available at night for example we requested extera pillow reception said housekeeping gone and you must tell them at mornings (i faced with this problem for first time during my traveles untill now!)Room windows are double layer UPC and noise resistance. walls between rooms and cilling are narrow and noise from other rooms and upper rooms can be heard clearly especially if your side rooms are noisy you can not sleep. Room aircondition is Split cooler and heating system is circulation water (radiator) and cooler’s wind directly puffes on your body on bed.Mold was in bath’s wall corrners but bath was clean. Another point that i faced in bath was place of towels that they placed direct beside of toilet. Few hotels i saw that they place towels far side of toilet and you can find that most of hotels in Istanbul do not observe this point.Sofa was extremelly dirty. High speed internet connection availlable in hotel rooms and lobby.

    Staff (front desk)are not cooperative.they refuse to let me talk with the manager..they do not try to solve my issue,but the offer me drink when we reach the hotel.breakfast was so rich with a lot of food but table covers are dirty..some of customers trying to take food with them outside the restaurant especially eggs and fruits,I saw one customer hide 2 eggs in his bocket and fill a plastic bag with alot of food.elevatore cannot carry more than 2 person ..you can hear every thing from next room(no isolation)hotel look like dirty.location very good

    I call the reception before i finish what I want to say they cut the line, my wife is sick and i asked for tissue at 4 AM he told me to wait until morning ( i said i understand, maybe you have some at the reception or the restaurant, she is very sick, all he said i know but its 4 wait morning ! ) the attitude is terrible ..

    It hardly corresponds to 3 star hotelIt is the 3rd time i am staying in this hotel and every time the quality of services are lower than the previous time. The negative points which we faced this time are as belowe:• White bedsheets with stains on them• White towels with stains or over used white towels• Very poor Wi-Fi or no Wi-Fi at all• Noisy corridors • Very thin walls that you can easily hear guest next door with normal voice. The first night we couldn’ t sleep befor the guest next door slept, as they were talking and laughing. • Guest were smoking in none- smoking floor and the smell was very disterbing and the hotel personel couldn’t do anything about it.• We received our rooms even 15 minutes later that the usuall check-in time and it was very annoying as we had a 4 hours flight and we requested for early check in. • they don’t provid toothbrushes even when i requested for one• the first day there was no mineral water in the room even when we requested for a small bottle of mineral water. We had to left the hotel to buy it.• the first day the heater was not working and the room was very cold. They didn’t fix it although we requested to fix it. • one of the receptionists was very un-friendly.In general, the feedback i received this time is that the hotel is not confortable and clean anymore and they are not polite and hospitable. I definitly will avoide this hotel in my next visit to Istanbul.
