    Best Front Desk Ever-AAA+++

    The very best thing about this hotel was the service we received from the two front desk men, Ata AKA-at a boy and Batu AKA-Batman. They went above and beyond all expectations. Ata made our vacation so lovely booking all our activities and tours for us. We were also impressed with the breakfast and how many food item they had.

    We had double-bedroom apartment, perfect for a family of four. The room was clean, and the breakfast was very tasty. The hotel is in a good location.Special thanks to the hotel team for being professional and helpful. They always made sure we had clean bed sheets, fresh towels, and mineral water and thanks to Botu, who welcomed us, showed us around.
