    After arriving in Istanbul, following several flight cancellations and a sad case of missing luggage, we were met at the airport by the private transportation service arranged by the hotel. Jetlagged and slightly disoriented by long unanticipated airport delays, we were grateful for the service!Hotel Ibrahim Pasha is a small boutique hotel sitting in the heart of the city's Byzantine and Ottoman historical district. Rooms are smallish but delightfully arranged with comfortable beds, beautiful jewel toned colored on the walls and colorful ceramic Turkish floor tiles. Bed linens are crisp and clean and bath towels are plush and thirsty.Ilkay K. was so helpful in locating our lost luggage and arranging for it to be forwarded to the hotel. With warm Turkish hospitality, Ilkay checked us in, got us settled and invited us to the rooftop for sweeping views of Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Bosporus Strait. Next morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast spread of thick dark Turkish coffee, dried apricots, walnuts, olives, cheeses and cured meats. Enough to fortify anyone for a long day of sightseeing! It was hard to say goodbye, but further Turkish delights awaited. Next time I’m in Istanbul, I’ll insist on staying at Hotel Ibrahim Paska!     Top boutique hotel in Istanbul

    This is a special hotel. It has very comfortable beds, beautiful cosy decor and above all friendly staff. The roof terrace has a beautiful view of the Blue Mosque.Two, it is close to all the major sites in Istanbul. I can’t fault it. If I return to the city this is the only hotel I would go to.     A fantastic place to stay in Istanbul - its location is amazing - literally opposite the Blue Mosque which you can see from the hotel’s roof terrace - so right in the centre of the historic part of the city. Staff and atmosphere are really relaxed and it provided a really calm haven after sightseeing. Great decor and really comfortable beds!     Amazing hidden gem of a hotel!

    This hotel is a hidden gem! An excellent location, everything within walking distance yet in a quiet side street. We were greeted with a welcome drink on arrival and a fruit platter in our room. The hotel has a very homely feel to it, there is a lovely lounge area with a very well stocked library plus complementary coffee, Tea and cakes in the afternoons. These can also be taken up on the roof terrace, excellent views from there. The Deluxe room was worth the extra cost, so light with 3 big windows and a very large shower. Whilst not the cheapest hotel, the cost is very much value for money. The staff are lovely and so helpful and friendly, they cannot do enough for you, even providing a birthday cake for my husband’s birthday . I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, it’s small but has a huge heart and I hope to return soon!     Hotel Ibrahim Pasha is where happy memories are made

    Upon extensive research, we chose Hotel Ibrahim Pasha. Priority was location, lift, breakfast included, access to rooftop. The hotel went beyond our expectations. Ideal in every way. We commenced our day with an extensive breakfast, offering a range of local produce, served with a smile. Then, after a busy day we looked forward to returning to the warm ambience, friendly staff and tasteful decor of the lounge or library, to partake in a light afternoon tea offered, before retiring to comfortable rooms. Experiencing sunrise and sunsets on the rooftop, will be long cherished.
