    It's an incredibly noisy hotel.No sound insulation between rooms.No sound insulation between floors.No sound insulation on the room door.No soundproofing on the windows.The first night I couldn't sleep at all. On the second day I changed my room but I couldn't sleep again.The noise from the street was unbearable.

    The hotel is very new, clean and calm. Breakfast was top and all people working here are very helpfull. Room Cleaning is done everyday. All the reception team and kitchen teal were on the top of the expectations. I think what is missing is place with basic machines for gym, otherwise it was highly fulfilling my needs.

    We booked two rooms. With one of them there was no issue. At 16 we went for a walk and requested for the second room to be cleaned.this was not done nor we were provided the a change of room after requesting it. Half of our group barely slept that nignt. When requesting to speak with a manager in the morning we were let know that he will be available on monday (after we have left) The solution they provided in the morning is to send housecleaning to clean the room.I would not recomend this hotel and will not stay here never again.

    the reception staff very nice, helpful and polite despite the bad behavior of the porter, arrogant and rude in terms of cleanliness the rooms were not well maintained and unfortunately bad behavior from the cleaning ladies too

    Clean and simple, a little far from main taksim square and taksim central atraction with metro beein a bit too far but everything else is dooable. And taxis do take you unlike near other places where they refuze to take you or ask for ridiculus amounts of money
