    Good place, no so good services......

    I had accommodation 4 nights with a group of 46 pax. The rooms are good enough. Large lobby, 5 elevators. The stuff were nice and helpful. Unfortunately I have to mention that breakfast was very poor and not quality. For example they prepare the omlet with some powder. This does not look as omlet it look like food for aliens.....there are 1 sort cheese, 2 sorts salami. All of them no quality. The people here are rude they dont understand anything.

    Some +1. The restaurant is at the 8th floor, so there is amazing view of the sea.2. There is a large assortment of food at breakfast, so everyone will find what to eat.3. Good location.4. There were slippers at the room.And some bad points:1. Rooms needs renovation, especially at the bathroom. Shower was awful. A window didn't close good.2. Dirty. When we've just come at the room (around 18:00) there was a long hair at the pillow. Rubbish bin was full.3. After cleaning one pair of the slippers was disappeared and new one wasn't given.

    Very bad hotel, very bad staff which can not respect the guests!

    Today I went to the hotel at about 06:00 in the morning, which I booked 3-4 days ago, and when I arrived I was given a room from the very end of the corridor. I politely asked him if there would be any vacated if he could change the rooms since I was going to stay for about a week. He was very rude to me, he just took away the keys and gave them to me and said: "All the rooms are gone, I won't give you any numbers" What kind of nonsense is this, where is the respect for the guest?! At every hotel and in any other area, politeness and respect are in the first place, but unfortunately I did not see this from the staff of this hotel. So I DON'T recommend this hotel! If you value your self-respect, if respect comes first for you, then this hotel is not for you!

    Not a 4* hotel, but a decent low cost option in a good location

    the hotel is located in a busy wholesale shopping neighbourhood, so expect a buzz and some noise (evenings are quite), but its only a short distance from Grand bazar (1 tram stop, 10min walk), Blue Mosque (about 20-30min walk), Egyptian Market (25-35min walk), Galan Bridge (30-40min walk). The rooms are small and shabby with only basics (small wardrobes, mini fridge, safe). Breakfast room on the 8th floor has beautiful views over the sea of Marmara. Decent continental breakfast (no turkish coffee at breakfast, or generally no decent coffee served at breakfast, but can be purchased from the bar downstairs). There is a pool, sauna and hamam available. 24/7 ReceptionYes, its not a 4* star hotel and not the a great city hotel, but its a decent low cost option in a good location.

    This hotel its not as the photos start for outside to the room and the worth one spa and gym , one machine in tiny small area 2 x 3 m , this photos was today on the way to spa as left not working and I fell no lights and dirty 🤮🤮
