    Good hotel in the heart of Pendik, close to Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW); but, little bit outdated.

    Good hotel in the heart of Pendik, easy access from Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW) or Kadikoy by metro. Location is easy to be found. You need to take metro from SAW, get off at Pendik station, where you can walk directly to hotel (~25 minutes) or get on Dolmuş's just the exit of station.Check in is easy, elevator is available, room comfort is OK. Furnitures seem to be little bit outdated, but clean. Some rooms smell smoke that we don't like. Hotel is reasonable priced, but doesn't seem to be reflected its stars.Downtown Istanbul is far away, but access by Marmaray or Metro easy from hotel. As for restaurants: You may find different kinds of them nearby hotel with reasonable prices.After visiting Istanbul, if you plan to travel by High Speed Train (YHT) to Eskisehir, Ankara, Konya or Sivas; you are in luck! YHT station is just 6 minutes walking distance.Recommended to those who plan to visit Istanbul staying at reasonable priced hotel.

    Terrible experience....Am a Hotel Manager my self and I know what am talking about... have a read :first room we saw reeked smoke, we waited 15 minutes for another room .2nd room we didn’t know that the aircon wasn’t working and had other problems as we put our bags and went out, came back around midnight was so hot we thought the aircon will eventually cool up but it didn’t .. as we were flying early in the morning we didn’t bother asking for another room change !!Sockets were sticking out of the wall... no shower head...kettles not descaled ... I have pictures... also the door lock was broken - turning around ...we had to barricade the door from inside with our bags... filthy carpets, tiny room with stifling air ... not fit for a dog. No room for luggage, broken little things lights not working ... how could this hotel be granted a four star status is beyond me ... it is a 1 or 2 star ... disgusting hotel badly managed ... staff are not to blame though they try their best ... housekeepers must be working in bad conditions it is the Management that need to answer questions and improve conditions or be stripped of their stars I highly recommend that you don’t deal with this Hotel again! And to everyone who reads this review please ask to see room 303 to verify what I have written above.

    Good hotel, but the windows need to be fixed

    This hotel is in a good location if you don’t have a car. It’s on a small street with restaurants and shopping everywhere nearby. In case you do come with a car, the parking of the hospital is not far away. The street is not a quiet one, so if you need a quiet room, have it look to the other side. The afternoon receptionist was a nice guy, though hardly spoke any English. I almost wanted to stick around and start teaching him.I was actually in a couple of rooms in the hotel. What they all had in common was that none of the windows closed properly. Some had a bigger gap, some a smaller one. That was why we checked out a couple of rooms. So that’s something that the hotel should investigate. The room I stayed in was a single one. It was quite cramped. There was a glass table there that I felt could be taken out, as the room was so cramped, you couldn’t really use it, and it being glass was a hazard. The TV was good. There was a tea service and a fridge which I didn’t use. The bed was a good one, a wider single bed. The pillow was lacking though. There was just one, and really thin.Breakfast was good. Only white bread though. I was on a diet, so I only had soup, but that was delicious. Selection was really good, especially the cheeses.Overall, a good hotel, but the windows need to be repaired.     914/5000I booked this hotel a few weeks ago on the site booking.com, to stay there about 4 nights with my son.The day I had to go there I had an email from my bank telling me that the hotel had charged the total amount. I remember that I had a foreclosure and that I could not go Because of my work and so I cancel my reservation on booking.com and then, they explain to me that I will only be charged $ 40 (for the first night) and the rest will be refunded.After sending multiple mails to the hotel and to the customer service of booking.com and to see with my bank to fix the problem, it is about 1 month and I still have not received a refund and it starts to erase me , I do not know what to do ...Call them maybe? I'll see but in the meantime if a staff of the hotel sees this comment I will love to get my money back please.

    Lack of communication before our arrival (no answers on Booking and on the phone it was hard for the reception to get my point).I got the Suite, there was no king size bed(as announced), just a regular french bed, a small TV screen.The room was clean, and the staff very helpful. For that I’m very grateful.The hotel’s location is great, all kinds of shops and restaurants are 5min walk maximum. The view at night is beautiful, especially if you get the Suite with a seaview.
