Disappointing Stay – Privacy Concerns at Innpera Hotel

We had a very disappointing experience at Innpera Hotel. The property feels extremely dated, and both the rooms and the lobby carried an unpleasant smell throughout our stay. The lifts were also old and not functioning properly, which added to the discomfort.What concerned us the most, however, was the behavior of the staff. On two occasions, they entered our room without permission. This was a clear violation of our privacy and made us feel unsafe in the hotel.Unfortunately, this stay did not reflect the hospitality standards we expected in Istanbul. We cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers and hope that the management and tourism authorities take serious notice of these issues.

I BOOKED A FAMILY ROOM.INFACT THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA AT THE TIME OF CHECK INN. MR. OGUZ HE IS A THIRD CLASS PERSON. HE WAS AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN. NOT EVEN READY TO LISTEN WHAT I AM SAYING. HE WAS NOT EVEN LISTENING TO THE MANAGER.STAFF IS VERY RUDE.HOTEL LOCATION IS GOOD.ROOMS ARE OK.

The hotel was overall decent. Initially, we were given a room facing a wall, which was quite dark and uninviting. We requested to change it and had to pay extra to get a room with a better view. The upgraded room was definitely more pleasant and worth the difference. The staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay. False advertising as there is no pool. Horrible and inedible breakfast. Room outdated but clean, maintained clean every day and cleaning staff very polite and nice. Went to the roof top club and staff tried to scam us for couple drinks we had. Very loud in the evening from the club. Definitely not for family. Only positive is location! A tourist hotel in a great location.

My son and I stayed in this hotel for four nights and.we were very impressed by the warm welcome and overall helpfulness of the staff.We had a lovely room with a view of the Bosphorus. The location is great, right on vibrant Taksim Square and close to taxi, Metro and tram transport.
