    ​I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! Our stay was truly outstanding, and what set this establishment apart was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff.​Unfortunately, my daughter fell sick during our visit, and the hotel management and team were exceptionally kind and courteous. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, even allowing us to stay for several extra hours after the scheduled checkout time so we could manage her sickness comfortably.​The staff's compassion and professionalism were deeply appreciated and turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. They are truly one of the best hotel teams we have ever encountered. If you value genuine kindness and exceptional service, this is the place to stay.​

    Just spent 4 days at this hotel, the hotel responded quickly to questions and reception staff were very helpful. There were 4 of us booked in 2 twin rooms which consisted of a double bed in one room, connecting to a smaller room with single bed and a small bathroom. The rooms are simple, not massive, they are clean, but the hotel is a great base to visit Istanbul, its in walking distance of most of the popular sites. Its located just up a small hill just outside the main busy area, it's a bit noisy at night but you would expect this in a city. I used earplugs and slept fine. Breakfast is unusual but you can always find something to eat. We enjoyed our stay.

    The reception staff are pleasant. The room was another thing though. It measures 2m x 3m. This includes the most tiniest bathroom I have ever seen. It is so small that one side of the shower is open. This means the water goes everywhere. There is no extractor fan in the bathroom . We needed a place to sleep as we were out all day but still this was really bad. No space to put a suitcase . No dressing space as the title surface they have they have put the kettle and cups. It was a nightmare moving in the room. Bed it against the wall which is not ideal for 2 people sharing a bed. You can also hear everything going on around your room. I understand that it is right near the centre but the noise levels are very high so no chance of a good night sleep especially if you have the window open which you have to have as the air conditioning unit was not working.

    DO NOT BOOK!!!! I'm checking out tommorow as had my belongings stolen from room after seen the cctv footage (which I had to beg for) turns out the cleaner stole it (reception guy still thinks its not cleaner fault and claims my fault. After speaking to the reception (which not helpful at all he claims it was rubbish so got binned) I had spent £500 on shopping which has all got stolen. I am flying back to uk and this is still not resolved (reception guy can't resolve it until speaking to manager which will be tommorow) I have explained more than once I'm leaving tomorrow. All I want is my £500 back (which has been stolen) I lost my keys for room and the reception refused to give me another one!!! Again very rude and not wanting to help. I have been here for 4 days and this is the worst experience I had in any hotel. The reception guy was very rude and didn't help at all (even said call the police!!!!) After seeing the cctv surely they could give my money back. My advice to anyone is don't book this hotel!!!
