  1- The room is completely different from what shows online, the pictures are photoshopped and nothing compared to reality2- First room, very tiny, its either us (me & my mom) or the luggage 3- No ventilation, no windows nothing, had to change it4- Upgraded to th suite, barely counts as a suite, 2nd day we woke up due to a broken ceiling that drips water, which left us with wet pyjamas, blankets & bed. Changed to another suite at 8am.5-Toilet is disgustingly rusty, cold & hot water faucets are mixed (cold is hot and hot is cold) Shower head leaks water from everywhere, shower cabinets arent well locked, water rushes into the room if you decide to shower6- No amenities( Only shower gel & soap & nasty slippers)7- No food, no coffee, no laundry, no housekeeping, no room service8- House keeping is "1 day yes, 1 day no"9- AC barely working, even the staff couldn't help with it10- The worst experience ever...Never ever ever againNot worth a penny you pay

  Perfect Little Place in the Heart of Taksim

  This is a little hidden gem in the heart of Taksim and the important places like Metro, Istaklal street, restaurants, Taksim square, mosque, church, mini grocery stores, money exchange, etc. are very very close. The small is a small and cozy but vintage and basic facility without a lot of bells and whistles. However, its a great value for money. The Suite Appartment has two small balconies with a view of the landmark mosque and French consulate. The large windows make it bright. The two sofa beds (one in the bed room and one in the lounge) were good enough for our two under 13 kids. Additional pillows and sheets provided on request. Heaters are available in the bedroom and lounge. The is also a small kitchenette. The bathroom is a bit small but hot water is available. There is a police check post right next to the hotel which provided a good sense of security.The front desk supervisors Mr. Hayder and Mr. Onur are very helpful and supportive and our booking was managed perfectly. Mr. Hayder also arranged a taxi for us for airport drop on time. The cleaning lady did her job perfectly.Tesekkur ederim! We will definitely stay again!There is a nightclub very close which can be an inconvenience for some people. However, in my opinion, most of the people return to the hotel late at night so that should not be an issue.Also, the online photos of the hotel are old and need to be updated to show the view from the rooms (please feel free to upload my photos). The description should be updated to include all the positives about this hotel.

  The location is good in a side street near Taksim Square. Really handy for restaurants, bars, shops and transport to the Old centre and to the airport. The room we had was generally clean but very small and had only a tiny window facing a wall. This meant the room was quite stuffy. The kitchen was useable with a bit of planning but it was very cramped. It had just about enough cooking equipment. The biggest problem was the call to pray at 5am was very loud and woke us up every morning. The staff were generally helpful but some were a bit grumpy. I probably would stay here again because of the lack of space.

  I stayed two times here first time was at last floor and Was good, second time was first floor and it was a bar & pup just down , so I couldn’t sleep up to late because of the music.the location is good just 1 min to istiklal Street , there is small super market just 10 meter from it .

  This appartment is one of the worst appartments in the world. very dirtyFood under the bed very dirty and bloody cheetsOld and dirty towelsThe pictures shown don't reflect the reality and also the fire exit is in the rooms next to the bed. Service was very poor and badI don't recommend it to any oneDirty and filthy and need to be closed
