  This apartment is good for family and the cost is wonderful when comparing with other properties plus the location is the best place in Istanbul and the facilities are available.The problem only the elevator is the first floor means you have to take the stairs up to there and you can use the elevator and the main entrance doesn't comfortable plus it is a noisy place because it's front of night clubs ( the problems could be faced only by family if they have a baby car because they have to hold up the baby car from ground floor to the first floor and the main door isn't spacious).

  We stayed for 6 nights in a 1 bedroomed apartment. 2 bathrooms were a real bonus. It was a self catering apartment but we did not utilise the facilities - there are just too great many options available within a short walking distance. The big highlight is the bakery downstairs called Inci Pastenasi which specialises in profiteroles! Oh my word the smell of baked good early in the morning and the delectable sight of mountains of profiteroles as you enter and exit the hotel building! It was heaven and we frequented the patisserie more than we care to admit. But back to the apartment - it was on the 3rd floor which is accessible by a lift. The apartment was spacious and well decorated. It was not well cleaned, especially the bathrooms. The water from the showers in both bathrooms spills out on the bathroom floor and did not drain well - at some point you would stand in a pool of dirty water which was most unpleasant. The day we arrived at the apartment there were bags of McDonald's in the kitchen cupboards and drinks in the fridge left by the previous guests. By day 3 we had to request clean towels and sheets. There was no view - except an alley and the back of other buildings. You are in the middle of a popular district with many restaurants with a nightclub in very close proximity so very noisy at night but that is to be expected. If it's a deep peaceful sleep you're after this is not the location for you. The positives were: the location - many eating and shopping options all within a short distance. The Inci Pastenasi bakery downstairs and the spacious apartment.

  The hotel location is great (5 minutes from Taksim) and the hotel itself is wonderful and vey clean... the appartment was exactly like the one in pictures.Mr. Cengiz was a great help to us and he's a very kind person.We really enjoyed our stay there.

  Loved everything, beautiful rooms, amazing hospitality thanks to our land lord Agit Pogat, location very central and convenient to everything. Restaurants and shopping are in walking distance. Beware that Istanbul never sleeps, you are close to the night life, so if you are looking for a peaceful retreat, this place is not for you.

  We stayed here most of February of 2014.This is a long term stay apartment, I don't think it's supposed to have the amenities of a hotel. Chengis, (not sure of the spelling) the building manager was helpful and friendly. The apartments are modern and ours had a separate bedroom with full bath. It had a decent kitchen with most of what you need to cook. The location is good and bad. The good is that it's just a few steps off of Istiklal St & Tasksim Square. It's completely surrounded by restaurants and shops. It has easy access to the public transportation. The bad Club Purple ugh really loud disco music until seriously 4 or 5 am. It's close and loud. We didn't have a choice so we bought earplugs and dealt.
