    DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTELI repeat once again DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTELhere no one is responsible. No room service is available. Heating system doesn't work and no one can do anything. They just say we can not do anything. To be honest they could just give me extra blanket but it was not enough. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

    Awful experienceI stayed here one month ago and had a very bad experience. The rooms were not clean at all, and the air conditioner didn’t work, which made it really uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was also useless it barely connected. Breakfast was very poor in both quality and variety. Worst of all, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Any time we asked for something, they acted like we were bothering them. The location was also terrible. The hotel is on a steep hill, which made it hard to get to, especially if you have luggage or mobility issues. Overall, I would never stay here again and don’t recommend it to anyone. There are much better options. Avoid this place!

    Such amzing hotel . Aminah at reception give amazing service and obedient and loyal with her work. Highly recommend.the room service was amazing its very clean and the smell was so nice inside the hotel. The best thing is the its in the town. Happy service

    ⸻Review:This hotel is an overall budget-friendly option, mainly suitable for solo travelers. However, there are several downsides to consider: • The breakfast is very basic with little to no variety. • Access to public transportation is difficult and can be quite expensive. • The view is not pleasant — the hotel faces several repair shops. • The in-room minibar is not restocked. • On the positive side, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and in good condition.If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and want to keep costs low, this hotel could be an acceptable choice.
