    The worst hotel in Istanbul.

    It's a terrible hotel. Everything is falling apart. Every time I return to my room, the door won't open. Every time I ask for repairs, they say it's done, but it's not done. I still have to stay in this terrible hotel for a few more days.

    Currently at istanbul medikal termal hotel. Service and staff are just amazing. So helpful. Trying to assist us in every way. Making our stay very pleasant. The staff definitely add that extra touch to an amazing, memorable holiday. Definitely recommended

    Unfortunately i have to say something i don't want to say but otherwise i would have rented room for 800 lira i have very little money and didn't sense body almost sixteen years and have huge disability it is very sad for this price that excactly when i went there during opening times the swimmingpool was cleaned,floor but for several hours,noone told before and u wanted to go directly at 2 pm but because of handicap i couldn't and hamam also wasn't working luckily sauna and first impression was good and even bathtubs i hope i am allowed to useAnd i meditated in meditationroom restingroom but than a worker talked very loud very long in front of the restingroom on the telephone Sorry i have to say that but anyone not only highsensitive would,if being in restingroom where it's supposed to be quiet. So i had to leave.i don't have the energy to say something also i am shy and person was talking very loud directly in front of the room without thinking about a guest meditating there. This is a special place for people to make therapy and rest ,a very special unique exceptional event,so called medical thermal bath because of that right i am very sad i couldn't swimi was told it is possible all time from opening until midnight during Ramadan and at six pm i was wondering that it wasn't possible to swim 2 hours still i was expecting more for that price i need to say i don't know why hamam didn't work Maybe only with more people but it should always work or you should tell before because people come here and pay for that to go any time they need when it's open Sorry to say that but i am very sensitive and it is very special occasion i am not here every day Elevator often closed quickly so people could get hurt just to tell i don't want to complain but for the money would all be minimum to expect at least

    Great service, nice hotel .. good location! Buffet was very limited but was delicious, 60 people in the group, good halal facilities for spa sauna swimming.     A very good SPA Hotel

    I visited this hotel at the weekend including SPA, Thai-Massage and Special Turkish bath "Hamam". It was a very nice experience. The good thing about this hotel is its spring water. It is very healthy. The hotel is very clean and the SPA area is quite comfortable. The food and service in the restaurant are excellent. Especially the restaurant was very clean and the staff in the restaurant was very friendly. I highly advise this place if you really want to relax and get rid of the stress of Istanbul.
