    As part of a group package we stayed here first impression good near tram line and exterior looked goodInside fowl smell rooms bed rooms small and beds very lowBreakfast basic and boring Do not buy beer here as it off lovely restaurant up the road The Amyetist cheap food and beer highly recommend

    Hotel Staff 0, Hotel Reservation Employees 0, Low quality uneducated employees, hotel only cares about profit, no care for customer satisfaction, cheap breakfast, cheap treatment, they are also racist. They make cancellations on their own and deny responsibility. I advise no one to go.

    Nice name but no way royal hotelVery dated , worn carpets through the whole place really does need an upgrade .Breakfast was the same everyday, boring need to provide better coffee .Pastries were stale . No service with a smile here.A kettle and cups in the room would have helped .

    The most horrible place I've ever been. Filthy, smelly rooms, staff who don't help you at all if you don't give them money. The furniture is damaged and full of dust. The bathrooms are so smelly and dirty that you don't even want to go in them. The hotel facade and reception give a totally wrong impression of this location. IT IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL, nor can it be called a hotel. Even one-star hotels have more cleanliness and common sense than this 4-star. Good luck with the warship-like nightstand. This hotel does not accept reservations from booking or agencies because they offer lower prices. Don't eat from here. Dirty plates, smelly cups.

    Staying for 9 night with whole family1) No kettle in the room, so if you have baby for making some food or need coffe or tea you better choose other hotel2) No complimentary drinking water, just consider it as additional expense on your travelling budget3) Old furniture, bad sound proofing, i can hear other room customer farting or vice versa4) same breakfast everyday , boiling eggs, and salad + breas5) near to tram station aksaray, 5 mins walk6)walking distance 20 minutes to agya sophia6) near to bus station, 5 mins walk
