    Where to starts. The hotel looks NOTHING like the photos. None of the photos listed are the actual hotel. This is a very old and outdated hotel. It looks like it use to be a motel 6 and they are trying to update it the cheapest way possible. So many things about this hotel sucked. The toilets are so low to the ground. The toilets are rusted. The bathtub was not cleaned or rinsed out if it was cleaned. When I turned on the water, whatever that was in the bathtub started to bubble like cleaner or soap. There was no bathtub stopper for the water. We were in a room with a conjoined door and the crack under that door was so large you could see the other room had their TV on. The TV was mounted crooked. You can tell this is an old hotel. The staff was not friendly and had a huge attitude when we asked to check in 1 hour early. There is a counter where you can buy food. No continental breakfast. They also have our friend a hotel room that someone else was already in. The people were in their room asleep when they walked in. Don’t recommend!

    Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Can’t believe it’s a Marriott property. it’s old and outdated. None of the expected Marriott amenities. No one’s TV in the rooms worked. Lobby hotel only had about 8 channels and you had had to bring your room remote to change the channels as the staff advised they couldn’t find a remote. We will never stay at another courtyard based on this experience

    Beware-signs of a trafficking hotel.

    Staff was so very nice. That was not the problem. I casually asked if they were renovating while checking in and was told they were done but waiting on furniture. Let me paint you a picture:The door from the parking to inside doesn’t close or lock bc there is no lock on the door and the tile is up higher than the bottom of the door. Lots of paint/calk on bathroom that looks old (mold and dirt). This is not a renovation-it’s a paint over and hope for the best. Also, the room had no phone so it’s probably a human trafficking room so the victim cannot have access to outside world. TV did not work-Another trafficking sign. However the staff were 100% friendly and helpful. No complaints at all on staff.

    Horrible hotelRooms were dirty, lamp didn’t have a shade, toilet & shower filthyStaff did not care at allBooked 2 queens but they gave us a single bed with a couch then got angry when we asked for sheets for couchI can not express what a horrible experience this was

    Hotel under renovation. Debis in hallways, filthy carpet, chaos everywhere. Rooms not up to standard--old, dilapidated furniture, refrigerator didn't work. Complained to manager at check out, promised a refund, which never came. My calls to the hotel went unanswered. This hotel should be deflagged. It is a disgrace. Not fit for human habitation.
