    The room was ok but it wasn't cleaned in a 3 day stay. The location is really good and the staff were helpful when available.The air condition was not cooling at all. The cleanliness of the hotel is acceptable but not advised for a family visit.

    The room looked like it just got robbed. We got an "apartment" with only a bed and an empty space with a table in the middle. No chairs or tv. The "kitchen" was just a dirty stove, empty cupboards, no fridge. We had to ask for a trash can ourselves. There is no mirror in the bathroom.Aircon is leaking on the floor in front of the door. In 5 days not a single day we got room cleaning or were we asked if we wanted it. It should be included in the price. The room is clean, the sheets and towels are clean and the location is great. Not a bad hotel, but we didn't get what we paid for unfortunately.

    Galata Suite Home was my home base for a three-night stay in Istanbul. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend to everyone! The location is awesome. The room had everything listed it would have. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable and cozy .The hotel is so centrally located to all the major sights and is easy to find once you get oriented. Very thanks to all staff who made my stay very special and for the warm hospitality. I'm taking lots of good memories back with me. Looking forward to come back again in future. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    I have stayed at the hotel with my family it was exceed our expectations. Located in the heart of the city, very nice view, cozy hotel, clean, very friendly staff and the owner is always there to help you. They arranged our airport transportation and give us tricks to discover Istanbul properly. Thank you guys! We will be back .

    Location of the hotel is great, Galata Tower and metro station are just 3-4 minutes by walking. Rooms are very comfortabe and classy making you feel royal. I loved the atmosphere, hotel stuff is well trained and professional. Russian and english are well spoken by stuff, witch is important for clients all over the world.The view from the hotel is amazing. Near the hotel you can find Istanbul's historical buildings and attractions. Ideal for business as well as leisure and cultural trip.
