    Our family stayed here for almost 3 weeks and we felt that this was a perfect place. We stayed before in many different hotels of Istanbul and this one os great because it’s located near the centre but not in the noisy or tourist area. Metro is in 7 minutes walk, bus just 2 minutes, affluent area Of Nisantasi is quite near as well as awesome cafes. The room on 3rd floor was quite good with a nice view on the city, dishwasher, small kitchen with freezer etc. Staff speaks English quite good if you don’t speak turkish and they are very professional.

    I stayed in this hotel in May and in June. When I stayed in May. My room was of optional standard but the bathroom was infested with cockroaches. I mean they were everywhere in the toilet. They claimed they called fumigation but throughout my stay I had to kill them everyday. I left thinking I would never ever stay again in this hotel. However fast forward one month I returned. Call me a hypocrite blah blah. They offered me a room which was actually appauling. The room I walked into smelled of smoke ( I had just given up smoking) the bed linens were gritty and dirty ( had to have it changed upon arrival) and there was actually traces of bodily fluids on the walls next to my bed which I only noticed later that night. After I saw this I couldn't sleep. I wanted to vomit thinking about how disgusting the room was. I thought maybe they were taking revenge on me for complaing about the cockroaches from my 1st stay. Also the TV had only one English channel( al jazeera news). The flush also didn't work properly.After 2 days of being moody and so upset about my room I thought I'd better leave. However they transferred me to a better room. This room was much better. The TV worked properly and had English channels with movies and the blankets were clean. There was a decent sized terrace and a kitchenette for usage. The flush worked fine. The main reason why I came back and will probably come back again is because the area is truly wonderful and if you want a hotel/apt vibe then it is suitable. Just be prepared that there are kids here and walls are paper thin and to check rooms before booking or paying upfront like I did. I will return again perhaps with my own future noisy kids as revenge ;) 😉 also if the owner responds with a condasending or rude response ( here is my message in advance) I paid in dollars cash up front. So don't try to make up lies about me. Also I gave an accurate and honest review.

    We stayed at joy suites a family of four .. Mr ezzet was very helpful and friendly and speaks english 😎.the location was exellent osman bey metro station was only 10 minutes away walkFrom the metro station you can go anywhere you like.. Taksim square was not far.. A lot of local food places and cafes were nearby😁😁😁plenty of stores and groccery supermarkets tooThe appartment was very good,Clean furnished,comfy beds,the only thing missing was more kitchen utensils 😕🙄overall I would recommend it and if i visit istanbul again defintely going to be my place 💜The location and price excellent and works well for a family.. I highly recommend it for a family 👍😁

    Coronavirus COVID-19 Quarantine

    I spend 5 months in Joy Suites because of the COVID-19, I have never felt homesick or I am way from home or family.Best location you will ever get for the price, max 2KM from everywhere & anywhere.The staff were my family during this hard time, super friendly, super professional, super helpful.Cleanness is amazing.

    location of this hotel is in Harbieh district which is good but the problems are as below:1- weak cleanliness 2- no elevator in 4th floor (we were in 4th)3- no help for your luggage4- no Sound proof (you will hear your next room very well)5- very noisy elevator for each start and stopI don't advise this hotel for anyone,
