    The Just Inn is quite centrally located within about 1km of the main istanbul attractions which are all within an easy walking distqnce. The hotel is located in a quiet street and while the rooms are small the beds are comfortable and the staff helpful and pleasant. The provided breakfast was sufficient and tasty.

    room service was great .very lovely and happy place to stay ,there was easy access to many interesting places around,there was a little and lovely terrace up there breakfast was very good there was very fast check in and much more faster checkout ,it's fantastic !the only negative point i got : I booked and payed for a family room which is larger (35 m2) but I received a triple room which is much smaller (18m2)and the receptionist told me family room is just for 5 people guests although I had payed more to get a family room !

    I used to stay in this hotel since it was opened some years ago. In the beginning it was brand-new and well preserved. The staff were very polite even speaking a basic English. And of course, location is wonderful. However, nowadays the hotel is in disgrace. It needs an urgent renovation. The lamps beside the bed don't work, the headings of the bed were taken out, the walls need painting, the bathroom ceiling has moss and the tiles need an urgent deep cleaning, the round mirror that used to exist beside the hair dryer just disappeared in some rooms, the remote controls for the air-condition and the TV sometimes don't work because they probably need new batteries. Cleaning is not so good, sometimes you find hair not belonging to you on the floor. The staff is lazy, they say they help doing something and at the end they don't, so it's better not to ask them anything, solving it by yourself is faster and more effective for sure. I also saw one of the receptionists harassing a lady, who didn't speak English so fortunately she didn't notice, but it was kind of disgusting to me. Unfortunately, some Turkish men have a very distorted image of western women. Anyway, it's really a pity that such a good property had ended in so bad condition.

    The room is comfy and clean, everything is available for the basics and for the location is very good near to everything walking like 8 min for each touristic areas and the metro station and on the same road there is alot of restaurants with different kitchen themes. It was a lovely stay my room was on the 5th floor, I booked it with breakfast it was okay each day different food that what I liked it the most and safe area to stay outside for late hours.

    Reception staff at Daytime is disrespectful and rude and non cooperative.

    Person at reception was very rude and disrespectful. Hotel is good and good location. They sold me to another hotell he did not allow me to late check in even 1 minute even many rooms are empty. I do not recommend to talk to receptionist
