  TERRIBLE! DON'T GO!Everything was dirty, the bathroom was filthy, the water didn't stay hot for showering, it was freezing cold and then heated up rapidly every 10 seconds, the bed linens were dirty and full of hair. One day we left the room around noon, they hadn't cleaned the room, but they went in and collected the towels but didn't leave any others.When we returned to the room, I discovered that the reception didn't answer the phone, so I went down and asked for towels. They said they would send them, but nothing!As a result, about 2 hours later and 3 more trips down to reception, they delivered towels (I had to go down to reception 4 times to get towels because there weren't any).The breakfast was bad. It's true that the hotel isn't expensive, but it's by far the worst value for money I've found through Booking.com. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW IT HAS AN 8.1 RATING ON BOOKING.COM. And the cherry on top, we requested a taxi reservation to go to the airport and they simply didn't order the taxi...Don't go, you'll get angry!

  Clean Boutique Hotel in a decent location near Sultanahmet.

  I spent one night here to get away and write and reflect. I live in Istanbul and know the city well. I think this hotel is decent for what I wanted. For tourists, it's a basic hotel. Remember, this is Turkiye, and not all properties are high level. If you're going to pay for this value, you need to expect the worth of this value. Do not expect full service amenities and pristine accommodations. I value cleanliness and that's what I sought after. For me, the room I was given on the fourth floor was clean, the A/C worked well, medium-sized security box worked. The mattress of the bed was a bit firm but did not hurt my back. There was one arm chair, a small coffee table, and an empty mini fridge (which did not cool very well). Breakfast was very basic what you usually get in most standard breakfasts in Turkey (cucumbers, tomatoes, boiled eggs, hot dog style sausages, salad, various vegetables like pickled aubergine, boiled potatoes with dill, butter and honey, plenty of bread, and sesame simit, as well as other items. unlimited coffee machine and Turkish tea. The coffee machine and water dispenser was 24 hours available when you liked. The front desk was generally friendly and tried to be helpful. When at breakfast, you asked for things (more salt, more bread, etc.) the attendant got it for you as quickly as possible. The location is a good walk downhill on rather steep slopes, which means you have to climb back up the hill to get back to the tram line and tourist area. The Kadirga neighborhood (if you go downhill) is small, quaint, city Turkish flavor with a central square, fountain, park, and various shops. It's about a 5-7 minute walk uphill to the tram line which will connect you to the rest of Istanbul. A short walk to Sultanahmet Mosque and Hagia Sophia.

  Good location near Blue Mosque and Grand Bazar but without googlemaps you can easily get lost. Very friendly staff, until the rooms were ready, they served us coffee and cake. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was very good and you could drink coffee and tea whenever you want. Totally recommended 👍🏻

  I am staying right now at the hotel and all i have to share is that everything is in order from room cleaning conditions tothe breakfast that is quite nice and has a varieties of typical breakfast food . Staff is friendly and helpful . The only thing that i find a little bit tiring is the street you neeed to ascend to go to the T1 cemberlitas . But if you walk slowly and rest for a coupleof seconds you will be fine and super near all the sultanahmet area and grand bazaar .

  Stayed with Family. Hotel is good, rooms are nice, clean through a bit small. Main thing is location. With almost 100 meter walk we got restaurants, bakery, Travel and tour consultants, supermarkets. with around 10 mins walk one can reach Tram and blue Mosque.Restaurant/cafeteria staffs were very nice cooperative, reception Ali was good person and helpful.WIFI is very good One suggestion is that they should start breakfast at 7:30am as tour companies start tour from 8am.
