  There was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, the shower door did not close and the water was going everywhere. The fridge did not work and there wasn’t a blanket or a duvet in the room, just a sheet. This on a negative note. On the positive, it is located in a busy area with shops and restaurants. The room has air conditioning and is clean. The bed quite comfortable.

  Unsafe place to stay! They enter your room in your abscence and steel money and precious things! Staff does not provide camera evidence nor any kind of help. And after all the drama they kick you out!

  A great hotel for tourists with a wonderful location

  The hotel is clean, completely renovated. It is located in the central part of the city, near a tram stop and a metro station. It is close to the Kapalacharsi covered market and a few stops from the historic center. The hotel has a wonderful panoramic terrace with a view of the Sea of ​​Marmara. The breakfast is excellent - different types of very tasty cheeses, eggs, sausages, jams, very tasty cake. The only negative is that the coffee machine constantly broke down and had to be repaired while the guests were waiting for coffee. Another minus is that the rooms do not have terraces, and the view of the backyard is very ugly. In our room the air conditioner did not work, they fixed it only on the second day. The staff is kind and courteous.

  Location and wifi were great, food was good but hygiene was terrible. Towels from the previous guests were not changed and sheets were dirty. They also didn't change our towels during our stay, they would just fold the old ones nicely and put them back. I wouldn't go back just because of the hygiene but everything else was great.

  Firts, the hotel is renovated, I was very frightened when read all the reviews here,and when I saw it at place-it was quite good looking. Very good indeed. Clean hotel, friendly staff-speaking English,Russian and Turkish,of course, easy to understand in different languages. The best is location- in a trading area,Laleli neigbourhood. 10 minutes away from Kapala Charsi.A lot of shops in the area and places to eat. Very closed to tram station.Basic hotel, very good breakfast -variety of cheeses,salami,vegetables, jam,honey, fresh turkish bread,butter,etc. Coffee,tea and juice also, but you get a turkish coffee and great tea in Istanbul dining places.Ask at reception where the room is, with what view, as some of the rooms have windows looking at a some kind of internal vent sleeve with vents and A/C bodies.Glasses are in the fridge. Clean towels in the bath,which is very small.The hotel is quite good for tourists spending their time around Istanbul and to be out all the day, not to stay at hotel.
