    Only one night here and that was enough.

    We asked for a quiet room but we were literally yards from the busy tramline. Furniture was moved about above us all night it seemed and doors were slammed. I asked for a map and was told they 'used to have them'. This hotel has seen better days. Food OK but we would not return there even thought it is handy for walking to Topkapi, blue mosque etc.

    It's very difficult to find good Hotel with high quality service in Istanbul. Kent - was the best choice! Front Office Manager very professional, kind and nice person. To tell the truth, all Reception Staff trained well and they have very good example. Never had issues with check in and check out, and during stay they are ready to help. Luggage Porter will help you to check the suitcases weight and will take care of your Luggage, if you need so. Rooms cleanliness and set up amazing and up to standard. Bed very big wit good quality mattress, white new linen, soft comfy pillows. It the bedroom you will have coffee/tea facilities, TV, Air-conditioning, very cozy armchair, beautiful dyzain of the room, a lot of sockets, enough lights. Bathroom set up with shower cubic or bath tub, very fluffy and white colour towels, all amenities. Bathroom very clean , no mould and bad smell. Water pressure really good. Housekeeping Team doing amazing work! Bravo! Breakfast very delicious and definitely you will put so easy extra kg😁 Breakfast Staff taking care of every guest, especially children. Hotel location close to all famous places. If you need tram, it's front of the Hotel. A lot of shops, cafes, restaurants around. I would like to say huge thank you for all Kent Hotel staff, who made my stays unforgettable! Definitely will be back in August.Thank you for very kind compliment(plate of fresh sweet fruit)!🫶

    Good hotel located close to a tram stop - with 3 stops to arrive at the Blue Mosque. Room was clean, good size. All worked well - WiFi, air conditioning etc. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast.     Didn't like it. Large rooms, no view. I got the impression that they turn off the central air conditioning at night to save money, so you wake up with the heat. The soundproof windows are hard to open and there is noise outside. Average breakfast. The only positive is the walking distance to the Grand Bazaar. Would not recommend.
