    Amazing hotel! Staff are great and service is good. The buffet food is amazing. I love the pool and jacuzzi! The Spa hamam is amazing and good prices! The beach is right there and staff are great! I loved this resort!!!!

    To this hotel: it’s not just that your facilities were a far cry from what was promised—it’s that you were part of a disgraceful experience arranged by Buta Tours.The photos sold to us were a lie: the pool stank of sewage, and the beach was a trash-strewn nightmare. But the worst part was the complete lack of support when things started going wrong.We were left stranded from the start. Buta Tours promised transfers and assistance, but sent a woman ON FOOT, one hour late, to walk us to the bus. We lost over $360 in this disaster. The silence, negligence, and cold treatment we received were absolutely unacceptable.If this hotel actually cares about its guests’ experience, it should seriously reconsider partnering with a company like Buta Tours. Because working with scammers makes you complicit.

    It was not what we expected. Rooms are dirty even after cleaning, food is uneatable, very bad english on the reception,...only positive impression was saunas, gym and the pool. You have excellent food across the street at the gas station..

    i dont give 3*.old interior, same food 7days,no pool after 18h. no place for walking.not touristic place.is just for old people,not for kids. first they put you in the old part of the hotel without windows or watch in wall amd if you say something they put you in the ,,new,, part.if you dont, you stay there. they took my pijamas by accident, amd said:thats it, we will see tomorrow.,, No, y r 5* hotel y need to find me replacement.not all days leave you watter.

    We went for a 4 day break in June the weather was overcast except for 1 day which was a shame as there is not much to do or see here, Kumburgaz is a beach area with a 4 lane road going through the middle connecting the coast with Istanbul, its approx. 40 mins from the airport. We stayed at the Marin Princess Hotel as it was one of the only hotels that had facilities. On arrival I thought OMG where have we come too but the hotel definitely has charm, although its 80's charm. We had a suite.... which was a large room on the 4th floor with windows all the way round, a large bathroom with a spa bath that I was a little frightened to use as it was so old. But the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is huge and if a refit was done would be amazing it has 2 large salt water pools and is on the beach with beds and umbrellas and snack bars during the day, our favourite bit was the hammam, it was great and we used it every day this was the best bit of the hotel for us. The clientele are mainly Russian in fact the whole area was Turkish locals and Russian we didn't hear any other Europeans at all which I quite liked. There is a free buffet breakfast which quite frankly was awful the Russians loved it and piled their plates high and filled their plastic bags full of food. There are a few restaurants nearby but you need to walk near the big main road to access them there was a little village about 10 mins down walking on the beach, this area seems to be for people that have apartments so lots of mini markets for food I think it may be more lively in the height of the season but it was quiet mid June.
