    It was hard to find a good hotel during pandemic with reasonable rates. The management of the the hotel was so kind and helpful. We got discount and our overall experience was very good. We had a pick up issues with the cab, since all schools opened and it was almost impossible to find a ride to the airport. Mr. Cemaleddin immediately called a cab from their list and it was ready in 20 mins. Basically, he saved our trip. Thanks a lot.

    My partner and I were staying there for about 2 weeks. Breakfast was good, the room was OK. It was probably a good hotel to stay during the curfews, since they have their own restaurant. But the staff hardly speak good English, and they are not very religious about wearing a mask. The wifi was slow from time to time, may not good for those who work remotely. The location was excellent thou. So it was ok, but it could be better.

    I have stayed 3 weeks at Kuzen and rate it 5 stars. I checked in a few days before having surgery. I was able to leave my suitcase whilst I was in hospital.The staff helped me in every way possible and are very caring. The location is perfect, it is warm and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing too.Icannot think of a better hotel. Thank you so much.

    Air conditioner in the room was not working,inside temperature was 29 degrees

    I checked in hotel after midnight, I requested receptionist to fix this problem. He just said that open your door and I will open outside door and there will be cool air in your room. 🤣 I have slept without closing my door until morning. And I requested manager to fix problem otherwise I’m gonna leave from hotel. They did not. I called Hotels.com. I reported this situation. I don’t care refunded money,I just want everybody knows the situation about the hotel.

    Excellent hotel with nice and clean rooms!Lovely people and fantastic atmosphere. The breakfast is very good. It’s also possible to have a cozy evening at the terrace. The location is great if you want to taste the real Istanbul. Nearby public transportation.
