    Ok this is the second time i write a review about this hotel as my first one was posted for only one day and then it disappeared for some reason so i will keep posting it each and everyday I have never really been to this hotel but i will share my story with them as i promised their “manager” soMy mother was supposed to travel on a medical trip to istanbul for 1 month and we booked her flight,medical apppointments and my travel agent suggested this hotel for her to stay at during that period of time (the room she booked was non refundable)Just before her flight with 2 or 3 days my mother was admitted to the hospital for an emergency surgery and stayed in the hospital for a week after to be under intense supervision over her condition and the drs informed us that she cant travel by any meanMe and my travel agent made contact with the hotel and emailed them with her dr’s and hospital consents about what happened and tried to talk to them to refund us part of the room rate (we knew that the room was non refundable so we asked them to apply a cancellation policy and at least gives any amount of the money back as it was a whole MONTH booking;that was alot of money and what happened was really out of our hands they even disagreed to shift the booking to some other month later when she heals and becomes able to travel again for her medical treatment in istanbul thats aside from their HORRIBLE attitude and tone over the phone and he almost hung up on me who claims to be the hotel manager; who made you and what kind of a manager are you to treat customers that way!! I believe they are horrible human beings and im sure that the room is busy now with some other clients so they are even making more DIRTY money out of it u could have even taken 50% off and refunded us the other 50 at least!!!!And from the reviews i read it looks like a not really good place to stay at in the first place so go book somewhere else at least u will deal with better human beings and support my case and dont go there cuz this what i told them i will do() feel free to contact me by dm for any further details

    I haven't even chosen that hotel, I found myself there because the people at my hotel didn't record my (prepaid) booking and had to find a quick solution to put me anywhere...the reception smelled really bad when I got there, no one speaks any word of english, there is of course no breakfast (I had paid for bed & breakfast) no tea, no coffee...no elevator, rooms are very small, not well taken care of, everything looks old and used, water heater is inside the room.But to be honnest and complete: my room was clean, bed and sheets were perfectly clean and comfortable, there were enough towels, there is a small cute balcony, and the location if very good (less than 3mn walk to istiklal)

    We were booked for 4 nights, but we only stayed for two nights. The restroom was extremely dirty, the room was small and not clean at all.The only things that were good about our stay was the location, and the accommodation manager SARDAR. Sardar was very helpful, he was friendly and extremely pleasant to deal with. He made our unpleasant stay there pleasant by his good attitude and kind behaviour.However, I DO NOT recommend the place if you are a cleanliness freak!

    At the first they gave me wrong room front of reception, Rooms on the photos look better than real ,Water heater was inside the room and each time other rooms were closing the hot water , Heater turning on and off and make noise, Safe bod was locked and reception was nit able to open , Reception is not able to speck English , area is good and room totally was clean , TV just have few Turkish radio and TV channels, Wifi speed is fine , The room walls look a bit dirty , No any water or tea or coffee at the room , No sleeper , Glass and foot towels in bathroomIs very average and maybe less than average hotel

    we stayed at the this hotel from second week in august also really nice hotel and location is good also you can use the metro just by walk couple of minutes from the hotel and room is clean (everyday claning the our room )and good and then when you have question you can ask staff they can help you for everything.we can recomended for theis hotel
