    Worst hotel experience ever. Dirty, moldy, noisy. Unfriendly staff. No hot water on first night. Dangeroys electric wiring. So dirty that I had to cancel our stay.

    scammers, the room we booked was unavailable, while still available at booking and trip, got a scruffy, windowless and mold-covered room insteadnot sure how they did it, maybe with the PIN they saw in my email, but they placed a review in my name, giving themselves a 10 (I would a 2), with comments that absolutely were ridiculous.

    The rooms were humid and moldy. There was mold behind the curtains, behind the headrest and all over the corners. We asked for our money back but the administrator refused. This place is a scam. There were other guests complaining as well. Highly recommend to look for another place.

    Everything was dirty, the level of humidity was extremely high. Mold made me choke and cough. I physically couldn’t be there! In addition, the owner or whatever didn’t want to return my money back, when I decided to escape. And he had an audacity to shout “GO OUT!”, when I said that I was going to call the police.So, if you are even a little sane, GO OUT! DON’T EVER TRY TO BOOK THIS “HOTEL”!!!!And I agree with the previous comment - Russian and English!? HA! Not in the slightest. When that boy (I will not call him a man, cause he’s not a man) got furious because I intended to call the police for real, he lost it and said SIR instead Madam etc. That was fun (no).Now I fear that i could have gotten tetanus.

    Well La Pera Suites, what can I say about how utterly DISGUSTING this hotel was.. if you can call it an hotel. I booked this via Agoda where there were heaps of images showing massive windows, spacious rooms and clean toilets. With the reviews and my 6day stay I decided it would be perfect but boy was I wrong. It doesn’t say anywhere that there is no lift, I had a large case with me and some lovely ladies helped me as the man on reception wasn’t budging. He checked me in and gave me the keys to my room and when I said I didn’t stay in there for more than two hours. The room was tiny, the bathroom smelt of damp.. the actual room smelt like paint as if it had been painted an hour before I arrived, there was no window, no space for my items, squished dead bugs on the wall, filthy bathroom and just utterly disgusting!!! I practically ran out of there. It says the languages spoken Turkish, English and Russian however if I did not have this one lovely lady help me I would have lost my mind. I advise that you all to STAY away from this hotel. I am currently writing with Agoda to get some form of a refund because when I was booking there was no clause to say it was ‘non refundable’ it said there will be a welcome drink with the booking but there was nothing😂 this place is laughable, a joke! Do not waste your money! This ruined my holiday that I was enjoying very much. Wasted my time, money and the stress this put me through my goodness! This hotel should be ashamed for lying and Agoda/ALL booking agents should really be doing more checks to what they advertise on their sites. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
