    Ask for services before booking

    After 23 days thru east Europe, we returned to Istanbul just for 1 day to have shopping and to return to our country. So we booked an hotel close to shopping area. Our experience was terrible. Good location, nice instalations but the hotel was under reparations or something like that, and nothing worked. No TV, no Air conditioning, no Safebox and problems with the shower. In case we had to stay more than one night, we should had to move to another hotel. And the exployees, very kind when we arrived ( the offered us breakfast and the room at 9:30 pm) but everybody were unable to solve anything and the answers were terrible.

    We stayed here for 7 nights, the room is small by American standards, but it is a European size. At least you can easily walk. A week before, I wrote to the hotel via WhatsApp and asked for a room with two beds, because I was staying with my sister. The front desk responded amazingly. We got a clean room with two beds (the mattresses were comfortable and good). Only one minus, I asked for another pillow and he promised, but did not say when, so we never got it ... but this did not upset us and I had a feeling that he would forget about my request as soon as I left, and so it happened. The sheets are white, the towels are thick. All the staff are very attentive, kind and ready to help. Breakfast is a separate story. It is so big, it is not continental, the breakfast is more than contemporary ... The area around the hotel is very convenient. 11 minutes from the Aksaray bus stop where we arrived from the IST airport in just 1 hour and $ 6, also the hotel is 5 minutes from the Vezneciler metro ... also the tram is 2 minutes walk to all the museums. Next time I will choose this hotel. Quality and location are important

    I had an awful experience at this hotel. The place was filthy, with dirty rooms and poorly maintained facilities. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and, to make matters worse, they refused to honor reservations made through Booking.com and demanded extra payment upon arrival, which was completely unacceptable.The whole situation felt like a scam. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere – there are far better options out there!

    cleanless , stuff very rude, breakfast not good quality, towels very old and riped and they don't accept to change it every day, internet very bad, it's the worst hotel in istanbul i don't recommend it at all The best thing of this hotel is the location rate 1 of 10 and it's only for the location

    WORSE HOTEL EVER! NEVER COME HERE! WORSE RUDE STAFF EVER

    The WORSE hotel in Instabul . A month beforehand I booked a room for 3 adults. As i will be arriving in turkey from London at 6am Turkey time, They said to me if I want to sleep in the hotel before my check in time then I need to pay 65 euros extra. I said ok and we agreed via email and have screenshot available. I then got another email saying its 75 euros to stay before check in, so randomly they have changed the price or another colleague is trying to scam us , or the company dont know what prices they are doing, which shows they only care about money. I replied no we agreed 65 euros and didnt receive a reply. So once we arrived at the hotel today at 6am, they said there are no rooms and you can't go any room. I said no we agreed a room and payment for it and they said no u have to wait until 14:00 and i dont know about any emails, when i said ill show you proof but need wifi access to show emails, they said no we can only give u access to wifi once you check in and this is at 6am, so they made us wait 9 hours ,just sitting there nearly falling sleep on the reception table. Absolutely poor. Never ever go to a hotel that only care about money and not customers. The rooms are so small, it's like living in jail and the bathrooms Absolutely stink.I then said ,can we have 2 roo. cards ,as tonight I want to go out and parents will stay indoors, if I take their room card then they will have no light, so please give me extra one and he refused and said no we can only give one.The staff here are absolutely rude and useless. I have another 5 nights and wish I can cancel and get a refund but they said no refunds allowed. This Is only day 1, less than 24 hours and THE WORSE HOTEL IN ISTANBUL. There are so many other hotels in Instabul so I advice everyone to book them and never this hotel EVER
