    It was a cozy, lovely, and well designed hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. I was satisfied with it considering the price I paid.The hotel was conveniently located near bus and metro stations, making it easy to get around the city.The only drawback was the pathway to the hotel, which might be a bit challenging for elderly guests.

    Nice boutique hotel but a real mix match hospitality wiseGuys on reception were lovely friendly and helpfulGirls on breakfast were surly and unhelpfulSpent more time on phone Final insult was getting charged for every cup of tea I had over 4 breakfasts without being told they were chargeable( lepton tea bags )Emailed hotel to complain but not reply Ozge U, Owner at Lampa Design Hotel, responded to this review Dear Guest, We are really sorry for the bad experience you had here in our hotel. Firstly, thank you for you nice words for reception team, we are proud of them. Secondly, we are also very happy with the performance of the team members in the breakfast area, we'll investigate throughly and will give the proper warning. Our guests satisfaction is very important for as as well as true reviews are. Regarding the tea service, we have freshly brewed Turkish tea both breakfast time and all day for hotels guests for free. Regarding Lipton tea bags, if you wanted to take them away or if it was a room service than this in not an hidden cost they are extra charge, which is rule of thumb globally. We also did not receive any email from you, if we had received any thing we would make sure that if would be taken care of and replied. Again we are really sorry about the bad experiences you had here in hotel. Hope you can visit again and we can change your ideas about our home. Regards,

    Perfect Stay in Istanbul

    Lampa is the perfect place to stay in Istanbul.My partner and I originally booked one week here and ended up staying for almost a month.The staff were exceptional and so welcoming they almost felt like family by the end.The room itself is spacious with all you need to store luggage, clothes, a mini fridge, TV and has an artistic design.The bathroom was big and we were lucky enough to have a premium room so had a jacuzzi tub and big shower. A great feature after a long day.Breakfast is served in a great location which can also be used as a work space thorough out the day with tea and coffee available.The area is perfect with absolutely everything you need within walking distance. A huge mall, restaurants, markets and great bars. While there’s plenty to do in the area, our road has a very welcoming and neighbourhood vibe.Lastly, if you’re a cat lover you won’t be disappointed!Highly, highly recommended.     Whilst the staff are friendly and polite, the rooms make the stay unpleasant. Small, dark and somewhat depressing with small shower area. If you are looking for a bit more space look elsewhere. Location is also on a hilly backstreet so be careful if you have mobility issues

    I spent 3 night at Lampa Hotel in Istanbul with my boyfriend and some friends.. everything was PERFECT ! room super clean ! Bed really really comfortable ! International breakfast included in the service . Staff is really nice and professional ! The position of the Hotel is strategic : close to Istanbul main attractions —I will surely come back ! Really suggested. Anna
